I was pleasantly surprised with this drama. Although it has some flaws, I didn`t expect that the humor and quite dark themes of (really creepy if you think about it more) murders could be so well balanced. It was really fun to watch :)

i actually skip trough some scenes in k-dramas too. mostly the ones where they stare into distance and have 10 flashback of the last episode (j-dramas rarely have those, at least the ones i watched and that`s another plus for them). although i don`t want to touch taiwanese dramas ever again your comment kind of makes me interested in chinese ones (i have a weakness for historical stuff especially if they have a spice of something supernatural in them).

i like both j and k dramas (haven`t tried a chinese one yet and t-dramas just feel like riding a car with snails instead of wheels so i don`t try watching them anymore, also i`m more of a casual watcher that a die hard fan), but if i had to choose i would say that i like j-dramas better. for me they seem to have a much better flow than korean ones. k-dramas tend to get confused in their own plot after the 3-5th episode (i think the video simon and martina did on korean drama industry explains why). the episode length and the number of episodes is also a plus for me because it`s easier to force myself through ten ~45 min episodes than twenty ~60 min episodes if the drama isn`t exactly my cup of tea. i think it depends on the drama and the year they were made too, for example for me 2005-2009 k-dramas seem a little better that 2005-2009 j ones (the acting is a little over the top for my taste). so, i think people should give both k-dramas and j- dramas a chance.
