I just finished the drama last night via free fast track courtesy of wetv. I didn't spend a single penny which bewilders me. Anyways, this drama is 10/10 for me.
I just love how JingJing supported Yutu all the way. A very supportive wife. I was so pissed at Yutu at the beginning for rejecting someone like Jingjing but can't blame him though, it was completely one-sided love at first, he doesn't like her but gradually throughout the story he learned how strong, beautiful, splendid a woman she is and fell for her. I mean fell for her so hard.
The scene where he went to the hotel at Hengdian and confront Jingjing what kind of a marriage she wants really had me crying so much. He said that he regretted the time they lost because of his prejudice. A tear-jerking moment indeed. Jingjing is so considerate of his financial standing.
I mean where could you find someone like that? Someone who continually likes you for 13 years unconditionally, whose always at your back silently supporting you, rooting for you and comforts you despite the fact that she's being ignored. He even chose someone elses instead of her because she's not someone he can achieve success with. Yutu's ex viewed him as a trophy, something she can flaunt with, a man with good looks and massive achievements but not financially stable. So she broke up with him cause she also has goals and too much vanity. But yeah tough luck because Yutu didn't actually loved her - so funny.
Jingjing on the other hand bows down to Yutu. A girl who has it all kneeled down to you. It's not something you encounter in your lifetime LOL. Yutu's a lucky guy.
I just wished the ending showed their babies but nevertheless this is a feel good drama. If they could give us a special episode it will be a blast. I don't mind paying extra HAHA Not to many misunderstanding. This pointed out real life situations/ problems and how to overcome it. It also told us that being away from your loved ones doesn't mean you love them any less. Love continues to grow despite the distance. And truly, behind every successful man there's always a supportive woman.
