not all of them have spoken in favor of it. I admit that it's still representation but if a person has no prior knowledge of autism they might just think it's okay to infantilize and make fun of them which is what some people are doing right now and it's not okay

the male lead is just nice. no other romantic interest than him which makes things a little less entertaining. blatant ableism from everyone and no actual education on why it's wrong. internalized ableism and self-hate from young woo. still can't believe the writer is giving the antagonist a redemption arc and trying to kill one of the only characters that actually changed when the show is about to end. the mom is just an entitled rich brat who gave up her child and then expects her to do what she wants to keep her career. they infantilize autism too and did no actual research on the subject for the actress. I do enjoy watching it but I'm also not going to ignore the number of issues this show has and how it impacts actual autistic people living by adding more to some stereotypes.

I hope they keep that scene in the webtoon where Ryok accidentally got close to Maha while she was searching for the lip balm it made my eath go pitter patter when I was reading it.
