I think the key here is she still doesn't know up till now that he gave her immortality star. In her POV, all she knows is he stabbed her without an explanation. We as the viewers know that but she doesn't so she has every right to feel betrayed, scared, and hurt. Although yes, it is very hard to watch her unfolding this feeling toward him. And also not making it easier, for her to hide behind BXS and stuff when he gets close. I definitely think that detail is a little much.

I really like Xian Ge and FQS though. Also a great couple. Hope they get a happy ending too.

I think the difference is probably because she really loves TY so she feels more pain when she's betrayed. And she was just rejected by him too so it must been hard.
