Urgghh...Yeah and in ep 23 where they show he went in prison and try to gloat to LX, and talked to ZY how he actually wanted to destroy LX...wooahh like then and there is when ZY actually realizes his true face...

Yeah for me ep. 22 is like uncomfortable because he's trying to push her away and acting not himself, but at least half of 23 is saddest. Once he's released though, and she's back, the sad part has been skipped. And yeah ep. 27 is also a lot of emotions...like them angry at each other, and then at the end of it making peace with each other (sort of).
I love rewatching it and notice new things or have making sense of things better.

Wait at the second time of the competition, the one 3 years later, Gao took the project they did together to bid as his own so he could go abroad? And yet he has the audacity to ask LX to apologize to Fang?? So messed up. And so LX did apologize but to the whole competition, they automatically got disqualified.

No but I meant when she came to visited him in prison, and he purposely told her he set this up even from 6 years ago...making her hate him, do we think she believes any of it? No right :(

So I actually just watched episode 23 even though I have finished and watched the other many times. Saddest part is when the two of them talk in prison. Do you think ZY believes what he said to her, about setting everything up from the very beginning. I hope she did not. I understand where he comes from and that he himself is also in a lot of pain, but I just feel sad for her too :( and hope she does not believe it.

I also think she herself thinks she’s the betrayer because she blames herself for not able to help him and pull him away.

Her parents though…I guess they will never know but ZY is really the one who kind of begged LX to win Fang which then ultimately sets the stage for all of this. Not saying it’s her fault but she, herself probably thinks it’s partly her fault I’m sure.

Anf Gao wow…the sickest of all. Worse than Fang. I guess I see how it all leads him to the things he does, but I will never agree or accept his behavior. He’s just pure evil.

Can someone explain to me episode 20 please? I still don’t get it why Gao is angry at LX. He wanted LX to apologize to Fang? LX then apologize in front of the competition…then Gao can’t do his project anymore then he’s mad that’s it’s LX’s fault?? Huh??

Talking about how they can always feel each other’s presence. Just realize when he comes to the coffee shop where he sees her but leaves before she could see him. But she can feel his presence and just turns around and sees the back then runs after him right away….

They showed it in ep 27 but that scene walking to the fountain was supposed to be in ep26 right? Like he remembering it. I don’t get it, is it really that dangerous? The water fountain. And why do they need to show that part of her playing with it? Maybe some meaning I don’t get.

Omg i love that episode. It was kind of relaxing and funny for a bit before drama this and that.

Agree! I didn’t not like him but I did think he was the typical cold guy at the beginning but he actually is not cold at all and in fact very sentimental through all the things that he does. He actually knows how to social, network, and does business too. Not like typical genius who stuck in a shell or anything.

I guess the method definitely works because he was so in character that when I first watch the BTS I was so surprised because CFY was nothing like LX. Some actors you can see resemblance to the characters they play but not him and LX I think.
