I put so much feeling into POTN when I read it, I felt pain, then love, then sadness and hurt. Even after reading tons of other manhwa, it’s still a legend to me. The soundtrack still gives me that same painful, yearning feeling every time I hear it. So what I mean is, if you’re going to make a bare minimum live action, better not do it at all. I really doubt the feelings I had while reading it can be recreated properly
I'm at episode 46, and I'm crying so hard because it's so unfair. Gu Jian forced her and manipulated her into remembering the painful past, even pretending to be Gu Xiao Wu. How can someone be so inhumane, so betraying, so disgusting? He even told Xiao Feng, "How can you not be mad even after your grandpa was killed by LCY?" But he was part of that plan! How can he even say that?
I got spoiled that he dies with honor—what honor? He is such a hypocrite. I really can't bear to watch his scenes. It's killing me inside.
I saw some short clips when the drama first came out, but I didn’t think of watching it, thinking it would be another cliché office romance. But I was wrong! It’s refreshing and so entertaining—I never thought I’d love an office drama this much.
Qian Heng is definitely my favorite Capricorn character. The way he starts off so strong and then gets completely tamed after falling in love is both amusing and satisfying to watch.
I also read the novel, and I’m pretty sure the drama’s script is even better—it’s more well-structured and gives more depth to the characters.
Lately, Chen Xing Xu has become my top favorite C-actor. He’s so talented, yet I feel he is very underrated. He’s amazing in everything he does, and I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
I loved season 1. I thought that giving them a second season was just overrated, but it is not. It is still good and entertaining, just like the first season. I love Bella; she is such a good actress indeed.
Beside Je Hyeok nim, my fav character is definitely Paeng bujangnim. I just love seeing him in good character! I should've tried this serie sooner. Definitely a masterpiece.
Backgroung Music played most crucial part in here. It's been more than 2 year, even after I re-watched it again, I still feel the lack of not listening to the originally released background music T.T
