oh my gawd what an episode! the light beating darkness bit was fricking beautiful T.T and omg so many emotional ups and downs, jeeeez did not expect that ending T.T
i dont really understand episode 11 and 12. Yo Han knows Sun Ah and what she is capable off, either he extremely…
yeah good point about Yohan and sun ah, i agree. Also i hope Ks alive...
Interestingly I think Ga on is quite literally supposed to be like that as a character, swaying from one side to another, unsure which is the right way etc, i relate to this aspect so much but it does get frustrating watching than in a character XD
personally the point i feel its getting across is: you need democracy to an extent but its almost like 'you can sway the public by fear to force them comply' this came across with the fake news of the crisis with the plague etc, making it way worse than it is to enforce these extreme measures, and they can basically tyrannically rule without the people truly having any say in it. basically its manipulation made to look like they still have democracy, but really the people dont actually have a say. At east that's how I understood it :)
Yo han....., i think the only affection that we see that truly sincere are toward his brother isaac and his niece…
shipping aside ,I feel like he's Bi, but that's mainly coz he said he doesn't differentiate between men and woman, when threatening doom lady (but then i may be reading into it too much and taking it out of context haha) Also just... his vibe. ;)
That was gooooood! Enjoyed the action, pacing, everything was great to me. I could tell they changed the writer towards the end, but I still liked the way it came out so kudos to the new writer for not killing the flow. I wonder what will happen next... pretty sure they will pick a new counter. Looking forward to Season 2!
I totally see where you're coming from! But I must say that I disagree with the concept that LGBTQ people aren't…
Hi, thanks for replying back so thoroughly :) I just want to clarify i dont mean to say for others not to share their criticism , i think everyone has freedom of speech and can voice there opinions and i will always gladly try to understand someone else's point of view, i just noticed a lot of comments putting this show down for that lack of representation for the LGBT community, and i felt a bit bad for the creators as they were not aiming it at that audience in the first place, so i voiced that opinion. Maybe i phrased it wrong by saying for them to look somewhere else, but i do feel its true that a show or BL in general shouldn't have to change just because people dont feel represented, especially if its aims where never to do that in the first place.
So far this show is funny and cute, it’s a good BL. Loved the opening scene!
So just an opinion here (feel free to ignore) on representation etc, as I’m seeing this a lot these days. If you Remember where BLs came about and who they are aimed for: straight women who needed an safe outlet to express their sexuality. BL content was never originally intended for an LGBT audience, if the genre wants to slowly progress towards LGBT and that’s the intention of the creators then that’s great and they should pay attention to the needs of an LGBT audience, but I feel like they are not intending that with most BLs I’ve seen, they really do aim them at a female audience. As uncomfortable as that may be for those wanting themselves represented, you might find it easier to find representation in a LGBT drama as opposed to a BL, as those dramas are aimed at an LGBT audience. For example, I would love to see Bisexuality represented more in a natural way in BLs (not automatically making them players, just because you like both sexes doesn’t mean you want to sleep around) but that doesn’t mean I’m going to get that in a BL as it’s main audience is Straight females, and I accept what the original intent was for creation, if I don’t like it I’ll stop watching, we all have control over what we choose to watch. Again just an opinion.
Everyone seems to not like this, but I’m reeeaaaly enjoying it. I like the action, the relationship between the characters and the pacing. I think if you like" main character being taken over by something "kinda themes and no romance aaaaaand action scenes, you may like it?
