The leads finally got together and somehow I didn't feel a thing... :( Guess they stretched it out too much that I didn't feel any chemistry between them in that kiss scene. And that's unfortunate because I have been waiting for this show since its announcement just for the leads (KJE & BIH).
Anyway guess I will drop it now and read about the ending later. Hope to see my fav leads in new dramas soon with better script. Good luck to them! ❤️
Btw apart from all the romantic butterflies this show gives us, I love that it also gives us many thought provoking perspectives about various jobs and the big and small issues related to that. I won't mind if she is angry with him initially because of the shock but I will also be happy if she isn't angry, either way is fine for me. No, I don't mind them showing the prince naive, my issue is with the writers stretching it endlessly for 11/16 episodes! Generally in such gender bender dramas, things get resolved by 6-7 episodes, i.e the Prince might fall for the 'guy' but panics and then finally finds out it's a 'she' not a 'he' and resolves his inner turmoil and then goes about wooing her. But here the story is nearing the end and he still hasn't found out, that's my issue.
I dunno the way it is going it looks like everything is going great except the romance part! The ML is still thinking FL is guy and no one including him has any idea about what he is actually thinking...
Whereas 2ML has already confessed and we see FL almost swaying? I dunno what it was they were trying to show by making her remind to herself that she doesn't have time for romance right after his confession?
Lol I now think it's better they leave the whole romance out of the story and show them as friends in the end rather than a hurried romance! Either way, next episode will be interesting. Finally our ML will know for sure she is a girl, yaay! Lol

Today I want to especially commend Han Ji Min, the lady is simply so effortlessly awesome! 👌👏👏 Her expressions are so natural and realistic, it's hard to think it was all just acting! Sometimes showing an effortless happy face requires more hardwork than endless waterworks and I truly think she truly deserves an award for this role! 👍

Other than FL's wierd contact lens which keeps bothering me, I am actually liking the show! It's quite disjointed…
Ml's mom is so toxic and I guess she must have mentally tortured the FL with regards to her relationship with ML, so she is vary of the future of their relationship. I think ML knows that it's the reason they broke up, so if they patch up again, hope he breaks away from the toxicity, otherwise the same thing is going to be repeating.
Other than FL's wierd contact lens which keeps bothering me, I am actually liking the show! It's quite disjointed but I like the leads chemistry.
3rd episode was slow and melo and I thought that's how it's going to be but bam! The 4th episode was so funny, that it straight went to rom com territory! This show is really so unpredictable!
And every character is a little bit eccentric but the father daughter duo takes the cake! I find the father so wierd I dunno whether it is the character or the acting, but some thing's off.
Anyway it's a very flimsy misunderstanding the leads are having, so I hope they won't stretch it a lot.
Our Prince should get the dumbest Prince award! 10/16 episodes over and the writers still think it is a good idea to keep the Prince ignorant about the FL's gender?! Ughh! It's so frustrating that I feel 2ML should get the FL for his sheer efforts to court her! 🙄
Anyway the main story has caught steam and you can feel the climax of the story coming soon. I liked her mom, wish we had more scenes of her instead of irritating villains.
I hope her revenge pans out well. Her gambling den for foreigners only, was a cool idea, hope this revenge plan too is clever.
Either way I am going to watch it for the lead actors as I really like them and wish the script was better for their sake. Kim ji Eun especially is doing a stellar work. I loved her acting in the 9th episode, she was fab!
Btw I think she's gonna say that she likes YEH but she doesn't want to be in a relationship as she's not good at it and push him away. But then something will happen and he will convince her and they will start dating secretly.
