Lol His reaction was so cute and funny! He thought he could bear it but let out his frustration while leaving! Love the cast and childhood friends to lovers trope, so I am in but I hope they change FL's coloured lens to something which suits her more soon because it is giving me a very unnatural or supernatural sort of vibe. Everytime they showed FL's blank stares, I kept expecting some big magic to happen! That first scene with lightning didn't help their cause either and I really thought she has superpowers! Lol
Anyway I like angst stuff and guess we are in for many episodes of that all thanks to their friend who is worse than any enemy! I mean that girl clearly knew FL likes ML as she teased her with his name and she must have known about ML's love too as he is very open about it around his friends, yet when ML's junior girl asked her about ML's gf, she said he didn't have any and set her up to ask him for a date? Lol which friend would do duch a thing?! On top of it she even hinted to FL, he's on date?! Gosh! I hope they reveal that she really had some agenda to do such a evil thing!
Gosh I'm really frustrated with writernim! It's 8 episodes and those 3 bully idiots are still irritating us in each episode and now it looks like they will irritate us even more till the very last episode! :x
Plus what's wrong with our Prince? Does he know or not know about her gender? Because he seems to want her hands on his forehead so persistently but still behaves he doesn't know? I mean I am ok if he doesn't know and shows some panic that he is falling for a guy like Coffee Prince or that Nail salon drama or any other gender bender drama but here it's frustrating because he doesn't show any such reaction which makes us believe he knows HDS is a girl! But again they show him try to take the key from her outfit and I hope he wouldn't try it knowing HDS is a girl!
It's just so frustrating that they're keeping us audience guessing whether he knows or not for so many episodes and it's seriously not entertaining, if that's what the writers aimed for!
Btw I think the innkeeper is really a nice character. She's protecting HDS from that boss guy because he is waiting for the other half of the key HDS has! If HDS joins yongchenru, she will soon be caught by that guy and that's why she is trying to dismiss her from the job. I am really liking the gradual development of romance here . Like we can see how and why they are falling for each other. Both have fallen equally.
Fl falling for him is more obvious but we can also see ML doing things for her which is far beyond his professional duties or his general kindness he shows everyone else because he wouldn't have done the things he has done for her if the ceo was a male in a similar situation, like he wouldn't have driven in circles, offered to go for a walk, make instant teokbokki, etc! He's doing those things because he's attracted to her and maybe he knows it or maybe he doesn't, guess we'll know it in the starting of next episode!

So when she found out that the ceo was female she was kinda ok, now it makes sense! But I guess she is very confident that he likes her that she didn't seem jealous or anything.

Ikr, till last episode I had hope that he knows it and is kind of pretending for some reason and today it felt that he really doesn't and that kinda makes me sad for her.
