this low-budget fake wig ass drama with barely anyone I know (except the ML) has given one of the best romances this year in c-drama. you can actually SEE how they feel in love, see their care and their loneliness and how they change for the better-ML tries to become softer and FL tries to become stronger-and everyone makes SENSE my god, i'm reminded why and how i fell in love with cdramas in the first place lol i hope they keep the momentum up until the end
It's been sooo long since a good, doki-doki type show came across and oh man, this hits ALL the spots. Cute, funny, heartwarming, fast-paced show with great leads and a good plot. Makes Sunday mornings amazing! Thank you subbers!
Absolutely phenomenal acting by everyone...not a single weak link in this drama.
I watched this on a whim, with no plan on continuing, but this drama and its' story line and its' character growth blew me away. I cried, I laughed and most importantly I was invested from beginning to end.
This show slid right into my top ten dramas of the year and it's not even a genre I usually enjoy. Bravo Hikaru no Go, you will be missed.
The ML/SWL's love for the FL is one of the hottest things I've seen in a long, long time
It's difficult for dramas to balance your typical cold, introverted ML who can also be a good person and not hurt the FL but this drama nails it. ML is friendly to everyone in FL's life, including any possible man she's interested in, but the subtle way he's handling the situation made me legit swoon
His looks, his stares, when he raises his voice, damn.
I haven't connected with any of the main leads' previous dramas but by god are these three so good.

FL is who I'm here for the most tbh, I love her to pieces. All her actions made sense, she developed amazing female friendships, focused on her career (which she learned via videos, all on her own, amazing) and we grew up with her. Looking forward the rest of the episodes-if you're hesitant, def watch it, it's worth your time.
