Yes, I went back and found it in Episode 2 When she was getting bullied, someone in the background said that her father was a murderer. No mention of the mother yet that I could find.

Yes, but then she finds out that he hit the mother so hard she fractured something, how is that okay for any reason? How would you know that he hasn't or won't hit the child? Someone cheating on you isn't a reason to dismiss what is best for a child in a custody case.

ML's case is a custody case, not just a divorce case, a custody case involving a 6 year old. Rather than focusing on the fact that this case impacts a child's life, FL takes the father's case to get back at ML. Then, even though she learns that the father hit the mother so hard she suffered a fracture, she still moves forward with destroying the mother's case to win at any cost. Why is no one talking about the fact that she's so focused on revenge that she's willing to sacrifice what might be best for the child?
