I been thinking about it since the begining of the drama but the way i see it is that she probably feel extremely lonely deep inside so she created this personna (hoppang bite) to bring down other people who from her perspective have what she could never have .
Espacially Da hae she have a loving mom who's here for her but more importantly she have both friends love ( Eun sang and Ji song) and romantique love (Ham ji woo).
Da hee see in Da hae what she could never be and that's why she try to do thing to her and the one she loves , she really feel lonely she maybe sometimes dépression probably.
