He is protective of her but they might collide in the future if he want to potentialy dethrone the ML .The FL not gonna allow that because of they closeness and the past between them obviously since he's the one that save her so that's why for me the clash between Ying Qing and the FL is lowkey inévitable

Personally i think that they are 2 group and not One entity(group), and i feel like they gonna go against each other at some point in the story, i dont see them being "One group" till the end of the arc.
