Cop 1: errr uhh I dont know, *pauses, turns to a random cop we have never seen before in the background*. Hey Cop 2, do you know where to report a broken streetlight? Cop 2: yes, let me thiiiink, so you go here and tell them this and that and they'll take care of it.
Now why couldn't we just have cop 1 answer it all and be finished with this scene?
