She thought it was an stranger intruder at first, so she threw poison. Then she found out he was Bei, so she gave him antidote. Then she realized the poison had no effect, and he was hurt from whatever he was doing, and because he's not poisoned, he must be Xiang Liu, and so thus needs her blood.

It's exactly the same in the novel :( I wish I knew too, but no one has any idea. It seems like both guys are rushing to see her, and then one calls her name and she looks up. In the drama, it sounds like Xiao bo, but then at the same time they're playing flashbacks of people calling her name, so we still have no idea who.

No, she leaves for university and they don't contact each other. She comes back in the end, but its an open ending to whom she meets at the very last scene.
