so bad they airing it in same time with business proposal... Ofcourse people must be compared it.. that's why…
I agree! CL is such an underrated drama. So many people have been hating on it without even properly watching it. This drama is such a refreshing change. A secretary that finally unleashes the pent-up crazy that what was fueled by an equally crazy boss. Lol, I love this drama. I hope people give it a chance rather than judging it and trying to say ABP is better and they would rather watch that. I watched ABP and it's too predictable. It's not terrible, but it's just okay. However, CL gives us the sweet and spicy sides to office romance we all need to see, and we all needed. Tbh, if CL was on Netflix, it would have probably gained more interest compared to the other dramas airing at the same time.
It's a really good drama! This should honestly have aired on Netflix. I think so many people don't have Disney +, and have already started watching the other dramas that are airing at the same time as CL, so it's hard to split their time during then so that may be why the ratings are low. Also, I feel that those people that don't like it, probably did not watch it or have some resentfulness towards the leads (in particular the FL). I think she's really really good. If she wasn't, directors wouldn't want to cast her. Her expressions and acting is natural and not over the top, and I like that. She portrays how pretty much most of us would react in a situation such as that. I think so many people are so used to over the top acting/expressions that they can't appreciate natural acting like this. I also like how the FL constantly breaks the 4th wall by looking at the camera with such a cheeky look LOL! It's funny and the plot develops at a natural pace, unlike so many other dramas. People shouldn't judge it just because of the first episode. Episode 2,3, and 4 are so good.
I am enjoying this drama so much! The acting is phenomenal, and the story line is hilarious! I absolutely love how the drama progresses. It honestly deserves much higher ratings. I haven't laughed in so long because most dramas are predictable, but this one was funny, and I like how it doesn't rush the story, but rather lets the plot develop organically. The ML and FL are so good!
Oh btw if you don't know the petition could be signed by anyone even they aren't south koreans and one person…
Sigh, if it's fake...then why are you desperately going around re-posting the same link over and over and trying to convince all other people who give an opposing opinion? Also, the fact that you diminished a victim's statement by labeling it as fake with no supporting claims, just shows that you have a skewed moral compass.
** for the people whining it's just fiiiiction c'mon wahh wahhh**They literally used a real student protest song,…
I completely agree! I'm really sad and disappointed that there are people that are actually defending the plot and drama just because of their idols/faves. They seriously do not care about other people's well-being and suffering. The victims and families are in pain, and some have even spoken out about how this drama is dredging up painful memories. The scriptwriter and director should have changed the plot the moment the drama started facing backlash months ago. It really hurts my heart that there are fans who are so obsessed to the point where they aren't able to peel off their rose-colored glasses to fully grasp the gravity of this issue. It's not like JTBC, the cast and crew of the drama and etc, had no idea of the controversy surrounding the plot and they should have done something about it earlier. So, people shouldn't be complaining about the "unfairness" of the backlash the drama is facing after JTBC was literally warned. Also, I seriously can't believe there are actually fans that are making this whole situation about Jisoo. Like what are they even talking about?? This ain't about their faves, this is about the plot. I seriously cannot believe that there are people who can't seem to understand that.
Oh btw if you don't know the petition could be signed by anyone even they aren't south koreans and one person…
I'm pretty sure the government has a way to identify if it is really South Korean citizens and if it has been signed multiple times. Also, many victims of the NSA have also spoken out stating that this has caused them pain. Are you going to ignore the pain of others? https://twitter.com/gatamchun/status/1472778855165628416 I do think that if it is causing pain to others, it should not be airing. JTBC had months to adjust the plot and etc, and they clearly didn't do much.
I would suggest to those of you who are complaining about the drama having so much backlash, to please read up on what's going on instead of saying that this is unfair. Just because your faves are in this drama, it does not mean you can ignore the gravity of this issue. This isn't about your faves. It is much bigger than that. It's ridiculous how so many people can't see that. Over 200,000 people signed a petition and it clearly shows that this is not some random hate spree. South Koreans find the plot problematic for a reason. You might not fully understand, but please respect their history and stop complaining. Let South Korean's decide what will happen.
I'm so glad it's finally confirmed! These two acting together is just too AMAZING! I'm loving Krystal since watching Prison Playbook and just recently watched Player. Super underrated actress. As for KJW, any drama or movie with him in it will be so damn good. I just hope the director and the script is good!
Psshhhh when people could be happy for Kim Jae wook’s return after two years most people are pressed cause of…
IKR! And, come on Krystal is amazing! Her chemistry with Park Hae Soo in Prison Playbook was FIRE! There was a huge age gap between them and Park Hae Soo is literally 1/2 years older than KJW, i think. So, age gap has nothing to do with chemistry. Also, after seeing this video someone below commented (@SweetLove)...seeing KJW get all shy when he found out Krystal wanted to work with him in the future, is just making me anticipate this drama.
I must be the only one who is not impressed with her acting. Am watching My lovely girl and am struggling to finish…
My Lovely Girl was her first time acting as the first main lead. Not to mention..the directing, acting of even the other cast members, as well as the storyline was just not that good. Her other acting roles, was great! Natural expressions, with good timing :). I'm really excited for her future acting projects
Fun fact: I just saw this yesterday...during an adorable interview with KJW a few years back, the interviewer…
OMG!!! I saw that video after reading your comment. His reaction is sooooo cute!!! I'm now very excited to see this drama when it airs. I feel like their chemistry will be incredible! I just found out about her when I watched Police University and I think she's so beautiful, and such a good actress.
