The amount of time they show all of these characters working is really impressive... Usually dramas of this genre…
Yes I agree! This is where the drama differs from other workplace kdramas I've watched.

The plot may be average but I really like the characters, they feel real, the setting of the drama feels real. I read some of knetz comments too and they applauded the drama for genuine representation of how people work in companies, how despite being from a rich chaebol family, HyunSeung is still a junior employee at the company and has to work hard like everyone else in the company!
One thing I love about this drama is it's pretty fast paced for a melodrama, no issue is dragged for long(except the main issue of the 2ML and his cheating, but that's basically the base of the plot so I understand) most of melodramas drag MUCHHH slower than this. Also many of you all wanted to see how the relationship between the two main leads develops and the drama just got into that part! They still have 10 more episodes to go, ofc they'll take their time to reveal everything slowly by time, can't do it in a single episode now. Can they?
The plot doesn't have much I agree but the actors are doing an amazing job so far and the chemistry between the leads is beautiful to watch.

Is everybody fine with song ah 's behavior, I mean in the 1st episode she was so bad ass when she told ro won…
Honestly I kind of get where she's coming from, their's was a relationship hidden from everyone except the two of them and her bestfriend (who I don't think ever knew jaeshin personally)+it was an office romance and he's her boss. Besides SongAh was way too blind in her love for jaeshin and having her trust broken this harshly by him has put her in a state of vulnerability. Normally nobody knows how one would act in a situation where it involves the ones we love, so fiercely at that! She has been pretty upfront to him I believe but her self respect and dignity prevents her from outing him and honestly it's understandable (atleast to me) she's thoroughly repulsed by his true face but she's still in love w him, though HyunSeung's starting to break through her resolve bit by bit. Not everyone reacts the same way, some people have a world apart approach to their problems.

Another one of my favourite character is jiseung and most of it is cause of Wang bitna who's doing such an amazing job playing the classy and lovable jiseung! I still don't know what to feel about jaewoon chasing her like that but I love it when she's around her siblings, specially HyunSeung. They seem to be more close among the three and there's a deep understanding between them. She has a backstory too and I can't wait to find out more about it!

Ep 5 was the perfect lighthearted dose I needed after 4 tension packed episodes! I'm back here again full of praises for the actor that SF9 Rowoon is, he's really doing so well I'm so happy for him! The emotions he carries in his eyes and the full control on his facial expressions, he's really one of the best idol-actors of recent times!
Ep 5 disclosed some Information regarding most of the main characters and I'm intrigued. Character wise the star of ep 5 (other than HyunSeung) is Haeun haha that little girl is so fiesty and straightforward just like her uncle, I love it whenever she's on my screen. Jaeshin continues to disgust me. He really doesn't know SongAh at all, telling HyunSeung to influence her decision but HyunSeung>>>> jaeshin cause he wants her to make her own decisions! Last scene was all kinds of cute and an amazing display of outstanding acting, I want more!!!

Also I love the casting for this drama! It's spot on! Wonjinah has already proved her worth in just between lovers and she's really amazing in this! Hyunwook is doing an amazing job in making jaeshin look pitiful at times. The one I was looking forward to the most was SF9's Rowoon tbh! He surprised me so much. I didn't expect him to be so good at acting to be vvvv honest! He brings a sort of earnestness to HyunSeung which is so admirable and he's really good at emotionally charged scenes! His cute acting isn't overly cheesy or awkward, he brings a layer of goofyness to the scene and it helps a lot that his chemistry w wonjinah is no joke! Also if you watch the making scene, you can see this guy is very passionate about acting and understands his character very well. Rowoon was actually the one to suggest that it should be the FL who should take the ML's hand in the final scene in ep 3 cause he said ML said he'd stay out of her matters in the last scene! I was so impressed by his dedication to his work. Definitely looking forward to his future activities as an actor!

I withheld casting any kind of comments until the drama delved into the characters properly and I'm glad that I did! I LOVE THIS DRAMA!
*Contains spoilers*

I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode, the plot didn't drag(for a melodrama, that's very rare and I was pleasantly surprised) I too balked when the ML wiped off the FL's lipstick off her lips, but somehow when I thought of it from the drama's context, it made sense(not exclusing the repulsive behaviour) but when HyunSeung did it, it brought him to a focus and I was curious as to see if there will be any character growth for him in the future episode! The second episode moved fast too, again a good sign, HyunSeung's method of reveal was cruel but it was needed. He waited for a whole month thinking may be jaeshin would come clean on his own to SongAh but when it didn't happen, HE HAD TO TAKE ACTION! Yes he was kinda rough with her BUT HE APOLOGIZED FOR IT AND AFTER SONGAH TOLD HIM OFF HE ACTUALLY REGRETTED HIS ACTIONS AND GAVE HER SPACE UNTIL SHE CAME ASKING FOR HELP! he then pissed me off in the first part of ep 3 but that scene in the restaurant where they talked it out like mature adults and he apologized for being out of line sealed the deal for me again! This drama has characters who feel real and have flaws and THEY WORK ON THEM. HyunSeung asking for her permission as to whether he should meddle in her business or not during that standoff scene at the end of ep 3 showed his immense character development from ep 1! Nothing is more boring than a character who's PERFECT and doesn't have any humanly flaws cause it never really goes anywhere! I'm excited about this drama and looking forward to the 5th ep!!
