I only started watching on DramaFever because it came coupled in VRV's Crunchyroll/Funimation deal (RIP). I have Viki Plus now, which I like a lot. It's missing a few shows I wanted to watch, but it's been great otherwise. Anyway, if DramaFever or some iteration of it ever does come back, it would be so awesome if they were included with VRV again too... though I know that's unlikely and would probably be bad for their business. I'm not sure I'd subscribe to a new DramaFever like you describe though, simply because WB showed zero respect for DramaFever users and even employees with the way they handled the closing. I couldn't trust them at all.
