Personally what drives me nuts is stabbing each other always on the right side that bleeds like hell and then one dies immediately and the other goes on fighting after apparently losing a gallon of blood. Or after getting punched in the face it is always the right corner of the lips that is bleeding. Or the pregnancy term in historical dramas is either too short or too long never the 9 months.
