I found him.
Apparently, Drama Fever and Drama Cube will not be airing the episodes in the same order.
The first episode in Drama Fever has Kim Young Kwang and Goo Ha Ra.
But he is in the first episode that aired at Drama Cube (with Han Seung Yeon and Yun Woo Jin), he is seen telling Seung Yeon's character to enter a mysteries elevator.
