The version that's available on Viki (USA) is now English DUB. I don't know why they thought it'd be a good idea…
They only removed it in the US. I watched it last month on Viki with subs as it was available in my country. I suggest you use a VPN. Choose a location other than the US and then watch it on Viki.
Can someone recommend Chinese historical or wuxia drama? I watched Nirvana in Fire and will be watching Joy of Life after season 2 airs (can't handle waiting). I only watched 2 Chinese dramas so far; The Untamed and Nirvana in Fire, and want to watch more dramas like The Untamed but don't know what is good.
I'm the one who wrote it and I'm slightly insulted by your comment because you did not criticize the summary,…
I fixed it. How is it now? You can send your proposed change via PMs if you want. Ephermal, if you want to join the re-write efforts contact me via PMs, and I will add you.
Edit: SuibianX and I re-wrote it and hopefully people are satisfied now.
In the nicest way, the current synopsis is poorly written. It is obvious the writer is either young or not a native…
I'm the one who wrote it and I'm slightly insulted by your comment because you did not criticize the summary, but you are criticizing me saying I'm young. It is true I'm not a native English speaker, but other native English speakers checked it for spelling and grammatical mistakes.
Can you point what is wrong so that I can fix it? We already discussed this with other users and fixed it multiple times. After we changed it from the Tencent/WeTV synopsis, the number of users who watched the show went up a lot as the previous one was complicated. Even I was not able to understand the previous one as it talked about things that are briefly mentioned in the beginning but you see them in later episodes. I almost did not watch this drama because of the old synopsis.
When I wrote this synopsis, I tried to only add information that is shown in the first few episodes and make it as short as possible. I did not include the deaths of Jiang Yan Li and Jin Zi Xuan or the info that other clans wanted Wei WuXian dead as it was briefly mentioned and new watchers are still making sense of the start and wouldn’t pay much attention to it. Also, some people actually skip the first 2 episodes about the present and start watching from the past and then come back after they finish the past section, so it would be kinda spoilerish if we include more info.
Also, MDL written synopses are preferred because other websites send us copyright complaints for copying their synopses. And the official translation you talk about that is on Tencent/WeTV is also written by an MDL user, but they were not credited.
How is this rated an 8.9 when everyone in the comments seems to be disliking it ? Is it that bad ? Should I watch…
Only 147 rated it, which is very unreliable. When the drama finishes and all people rate it, you would see the real score.
Also, lots of the people commenting here have not phone-verified their account. So the system doesn't count their score like the ones who have phone-verified their account. 7 episodes aired and already 16 reviews???!!?Sorry but NOONE has any business giving reviews to a drama until…
Nothing wrong with reviewing the drama when it aired, as the admins want that and made a system or it. That is why you can filter it by Dropped, Ongoing, and Completed. Also, reviews do not show up on the drama's main page until the drama finishes airing.
No. I don't know where you got that info from. The amazon link was added years after the site creation. It is an affiliate link, meaning if people use it to purchase, MDL admins would get a percentage of the profit.
Apparently, Kim Eun Hee stated on 1st of January 2019 in a special lecture at Chubu University that she is currently writing Signal 2 and is in production discussion with tvN. She aims for Signal 2 to air next year (2020) but nothing is fully confirmed.
However, Jo Jin Woong stated that he has yet to be asked to star in the drama but is interested in reading the script and deciding whether to appear or not. Previously, he stated that he did not want to star in season 2 because sequels rarely succeed and he suffered mentally while shooting Singal because it dealt with brutal cases that were based on true events.
It is not, but I guess the production company forgot to make a proper poster for the drama or they ran out of budget. The one up now was even the poster they used in the press conference.

Also the actors said they are fully booked this year, and I don’t know where the rumors of them filming this coming months came from.
We already remove the page before, so let us remove it now and wait for a confirmation from tvN and actors before adding.
Edit: SuibianX and I re-wrote it and hopefully people are satisfied now.

What?! Who said that? MDL is owned by Skye-N-Rain and Ji-N, not Amazon.
