Oh my god, I was so mad when Nayeon slapped Hongjoo for "hitting on her man" and then it turns out she's actually been cheating on Shinyu. (it didn't seem like a one time thing) To be honest, during the end of episode I was really sad for HJ because she doesn't deserve this mess. We don't know what exactly SY said to NY when she confronted him about the photos but if now he doesn't believe that his behavior was due to love potion then he needs to take some responsibility towards HJ LOL.
This whole time he put the blame on her bcs it was the "spell" (if that's really the case then it's understandable), then it's neural coupling and when HJ confronts him about apparently not telling these excuses to NY, he makes it about her again by saying that "you swayed me". I'm sorry, but his behaviour (being lovey-dovey to HJ) is what got her into this situation where she is accused of hitting on someone's fiancee and she even got slapped. First, he should be really sorry for what happened but instead he does the push and pull - saying that his feelings are true but he's just going to leave it and then kissing her when she's about to leave. Oh boy, our Shinyu still needs a lot of character development, I'm not suprised HJ was mad at him for confusing her like that. I really wanted to see them kiss, but not like this when he's still in a relationship and everything is uncertain and a mess
On another note, if SY liking HJ wasn't at least at the start due to spell or some other power beyond his control, then I don't know how they're gonna explain it for this to be believable. Well, we still aren't sure if and how the spells work, so I guess we'll see how it plays out.
I can't believe how YP is still consistently suspecting Queen in EP17 after all he saw. I actually laughed out loud when he said that Byeong In knowing about Dongmongseonseup is clear evidence against the Queen. How? A lot of people sneaked in to her chamber, she doesn't have any privacy. Why the heck would she do that? After all she did, working with her clan is practically impossible and her behaviour right now (if this would be a plan by her "family") wouldn't bring Kim clan any advantages. I think he's still salty because King chose her and not HJ and he is simply projecting his hatred towards the Queen. I have to rant because he irritated me, let's not even talk about his behaviour with things concerning Hwa Jin lol
Hmmm... after the library talk between the King and BI, I think they're allies now. After BI heard that the GQD…
Yeah, I think Cheoljong and Byeong In are definitely working together to protect the Queen and King will deal with the situation from the outside for some time. Seems like King's brother doesn't know about the plan and he wants to get revenge on Byeong In by hurting the person he cares about most (I think he's aware of that fact), wchich is the Queen. Also, maybe he's blaming her indirectly for King's "death", because he knows Cheoljong was trying to keep her safe probably even at cost of his own life. Based on the bts photos, Queen will get in the future out of the palace, I assume? Honestly, that would be interesting. And I hope So Bong will learn and put to use those arrows from HJ lol
I understand that Suho probably dealt with the situation after their encounter that way partly because of his lacking social skills and happiness that he met her and has a chance, but it doesn't change a fact that him following her around when she clearly stated she doesn't want to talk to him right now is wrong. In my opinion, he should have given her space ESPECIALLY because they met at the Namsan Tower, so he knew what it probably meant, also considering the fact that she cried (meaning their encounter was emotional for her, so she still cares about how they ended things). At the same time, he didn't have a chance to talk to her properly, so I think he tried to "break the ice" first and wasn't really dissmising the end of their relationship, they surely will have to talk about it for them to work out in the end. Nevertheless, I hope JK will process everything that is happening and it will end well for both of them. The same goes for Seojun, although I wish JK would've rejected him when he confessed, if she knows she doesn't feel the same and probably won't (still not being over Suho), because it's hurting him by giving him unnecesary hope.
On another note, one of my favourite moments in EP15 was completely evident role reversal between Heekyung and Junwoo, it was hilarious. "What are you sorry for? I'm sorry for everything " LOL
What happened this episode was what I didn’t want. Suho shouldn’t have left and they should’ve just ended…
I hoped they wouldn't separate JK&SH and instead would focus on different matters, in example fulfilling their dreams and overall growth as they are slowly becoming adults. Honestly, if they had to show that for any of reasons people in the previous comments listed, couldn't they also show Seojun moving on, even after some time? Like I don't know, is it connected to drama meaning or just a plot device for the last 2 episodes? At this point I'm a bit tired, I wish we could see for once SML moving on and choosing his own happiness. In my opinion it's unnecessary to drag on this "love triangle" when there's other interesting things they could focus on. In conclusion to my rant: stop hurting our best boy Seojun and give all of them a happy ending!!
Watched the 3rd episode. It was MUCH BETTER! I don't love it yet, but I don't fully dislike it either. A lot of…
When Hyunseung proposed this idea I really hoped they wouldn't go that route. That ending threw me off. I think that doing the same wrong thing that SML did - "cheating" (that's what it looks like when another man is claiming her as "his" when she just ended things with SML) is just a bad idea to get revenge in this specific situation. Song Ah might've held his hand bcs of the moment but I hope it will be resolved differently. Regardless, I will see how it plays out in the future.
Ep 14 was so freaking good, we got brilliant comedy after that angst and more interactions between our King and Queen!! Also I have to say that King (as a character) is a really good actor, like what he pulled off in previous episode and at the end of today's episode, I admire him
I have a question: Song Ah left to meet her boyfriend and they supposedly came back to Hyunseung's birthday dinner together? I thought it was kinda weird to cut that scene like that, at first I thought she just left without saying goodbye lol
Am I the only one who just wishes for Jukyung and Seojun to still be friends in the end? I know we won't get them as a couple so I hope at least they won't waste their cute and playful chemistry. I'm counting on our bromance too
Why did the queen's cousin get shocked when he see the royal couple kissing ?I means they are husband and wife…
I think it's because he knows how king has been treating queen until recently (not caring about her before their wedding, which was also one of a few reasons which led her to suicide; picking up concubine instead of the queen when both were unconscious and even trying to kill his own wife). Cousin is convinced that the king is hiding his true self and tries to harm the queen, which is why he was shocked and hurt to see them kissing, when he believes king doesn't love or even care about So Yong.
