My personal taste in dramas & films

I like a wide variety of genres. The one I love the most is fantasy. I really like outrageous & cringe comedy as well as fast paced action. I prefer watching historical (and wuxia) over modern dramas. I do like romance but I'm quite picky about it. I love an enticing mystery and a sprinkle of horror here and there as well.

 I love strong and smart characters who are kind, affectionate and protective of each other. I particularly love an emotionally (or physically) strong FL character. I love when a drama can make me cry or entice me with suspense & thrill. I don’t mind sad endings or open endings.

I dislike filler episodes that serve no purpose other than to waste time instead of progressing the plot and character relationships. I really don't like when the ML is continuously sacrificing his life for the FL. I absolutely despise love triangles, prolonged misunderstandings and amnesia tropes with a fiery passion!

The way I like to rate my dramas & films

I like to balance out my ratings without being completely biased. I do this by rating each category i.e the story, visuals, music and acting. This way every drama and film is being treated equally. I will still take into consideration how much I liked a particular drama or film.

Friend requests & messages

I very rarely send friend requests to random people, unless I feel we have a lot in common in terms of what we watch, you have an intriguing profile, write detailed reviews or compile useful lists. Most of the time, though, I will just follow. I do accept friend requests though, so feel free to do so.
