The only thing that i dont like about this drama is the domestic violence being brushed under. Both grandma's daughter were getting beaten by their husband and it was kinda brushed aside. And mis Qin was defintely SA'ed but she blaimed herself. I need the writer to treat these aspect a little more delicately. I know times were tough for women but i cant let it go.
Love the episodes today. I love how hua zhi was gonna get mad then thought rationally like let me just ask him whats going on instead of jumping to conclusions. She would have been in the right if she got upset. Still hate everyone on her family. They are ungrateful and self entitled and if it wasnt for hua zhi they would be beggars now.
I hate how they resolve the situation with Boli and his birth mother. I feel so bad seeing a mother have her child taken away and raised by someone else.
Show is really good. I really like the female lead. Finally a good drama this year i feel like there as been a drought. Its almost summer and it feels like barely any dramas are airing that are good.
The drama is good so far I really like the interaction between the yue 'siblings' they seem super dependent on each other which will make for good gut wrenching scenes later. Hope the quality remains good but so far I'm impressed.

No matter whether it's western shows or Chinese the female character never gets grace to be flawed it's always complaints. I think Esther is cute on this drama and her voice suits the role. She's adorable
