Is he hearing impaired? I thought in a scene from hidden agenda it looks like he is wearing hearing aids. This would explain why he comes off to some people as not being a great actor. With hearing impaired the speech and mannerisms can be slightly different and seem a bit cautious or not fully committed to the character. I personally don’t feel that way about him. I love his acting and his personality. I’m just throwing the question out there to maybe help answer some of people’s doubts in his talent. Also I’m not trying to offend hearing impaired people and if I have I deeply apologize this was just an observation. I love Dunk and Joong as a pairing and hope they continue with many more projects together.

I understand 100%. I love the majority of bl series, but like everything else some of it is not done well. I love watching a lot of the korean series on Netflix (Vincenzo) was one of my favorites. I have become a fan of many GMMA actors due to youtube. There are a lot of subtle interviews that help the fans to get to know them better. Earth is one of my favorites and I have been following him since his Waterboy series. Enjoy and nice talking with you.

I don’t disagree with your feelings, but as fans, I believe we have to understand that these people are career actors who need to make a living in their profession and they are playing a character not their actual self. So as fans we’re going to have to tolerate the diverse roles they play and support them best we can as fans. We also have to understand that because they are playing a gay, bisexual, or straight person, doesn’t mean they are actually what they are playing, because first and foremost they are acting. Love the actor, not the character and always be an adoring fan 🥰.
