You do need a lot of growing up to do. Maybe physically you have but mentally you sound so childish. Just because certain behaviour is shown in a drama doesnt mean that behavior is being condoned. It shows how morally deficient human beings can be. It was not painted as a rosy picture. In real life people get trapped in toxic relationships, in real life redemptions happen too. That is what was shown.

They are young though??? They are college students!! All except one. And young people do stupid things. Maybe the BL audience needs to grow up and accept the fact that not all people are perfect and upstanding.
The relation between the main leads was a classic case of gaslighting, happens to grown up adults too. Hope you can grow up from your 10 year old self and recognise that.

Loved the series. Dont know why some people hated it. Agree with the previous comment, it was very close to what we see irl. The toxic commitmentphobe, the gaslighting the morally grey friends. It made a very interesting plot.
James and Kad have a undeniable chemistry, if they get big budget dramas they would shine.
The 2nd couple were a little boring for me (someone called them adorable, as if they were not going at it like dogs in heat in the same room as their brother and friend😂)

After all those overly made up actors with blurry whitewashed filters, watching actors with their natural skin tones is a beautiful change.
The series itself was a pleasant watch nothing too intense. The actors especially kodai are all so good.

Does it get better though? Because where I left watching, she was blaming him for doing the same thing that she is doing, trying to protect their own kingdoms. The maids dripping poison at his every move 😂😂 and she who fights so ferociously against him freezes every time that cousin in law steps into her space like he is almost nose to nose with her at times...

I'm at ep 13 and it's starting to get on my nerves. The series started great, them matching their wits equally against each other was so good. But along the way it became so unequal?? She is actively plotting against his rule but wants him to do nothing knowing his entire family was k1lled because her family did not stand to their agreement ? And her maids why are they so malicious😭😭 and she is so gullible? What do you mean the maid says 'the lord seems so straightforward but is hiding past affections' my girl wasn't your lady also engaged to be married to that li whats his name. Does it get better? I think I will give this one up. Sad because I love the actors so much.

On re-watch there are a lot of things that I think could've been better but my rating will stay the same, one, because of Boom and Smart's acting and two because almost the entire crew is new?? Like 1st time drama series creators, boss wasa has advts and mvs to his credit but this was his 1st drama series? and let's be honest it was way better than most bl series esp thai ones. So be a little kind yes?

If it's between Namwaan and Peanut the choice would be Namwaan because her presence in the series was so strong. People say Smart Peanut offscreen chemistry but I can't see it, especially after he said be glad he didn't step on your face. Jokes aside I hope Peanut gets his due too.
