What the utter fuck was that ending 🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢ðŸ«
Just got out of tonight's episode too. Yeah, I was confused when I placed my mouse on the video bar even before I finished the episode. When I actually got to that scene, the most charitable interpretation I could think of is that it's just PTSD on No. 50/Hagyeong's end.
On that note, given how Sungchan's only appearance in this episode was in Jaehyun's first hallucinatory loop, would that mean that the former isn't so lucky because with all of Jaehyun's crime's exposed, I can assume Sungchan is going to face the music too.
Overall, I finally finished this show. It got stupid in the middle act but overall, the premise was fine. Using this K-Drama to show the dangers of being possessive toward your loved ones is fine and all but personally, I think this K-Drama should have focused on how much South Korea's history and politics have been influenced by Kim Seondok using Hanwool as a front for offering assassination services.
Something I've wondered about recent episodes: how was Jaehyun even able to set up a lab/prison underneath Mokeum Temple without anyone noticing? Sure it was eventually exposed when Kyojin infiltrated it because he saw that Mokeum Temple acquired a lot of electricity it didn't need (the lab underneath needed it) but that should have attracted attention, especially from Min Younghwee (who prays at the temple and donates to it) and No. 105/Mun Hajun (who hid there once when he caught having that chaebol owner backing Han Kyungrok assassinated).
Was waiting for it to finish airing so I can binge watch so honest opinion is this good?
If you caught the premise before asking your question, don't expect too much when you do watch. I did and I was disappointed to the point I had to skip most of episode 13. I'm only sticking around until episode 16 to see this through.
1. Is Yang Sejin supposed to Sujeong, albeit brainwashed as Jaehyun's henchwoman? While she shouted Kyojin's name, there's the fact she shouted when Hagyeong/No. 50 returned to that house/lab as a way for the former to lure the latter into a trap because Jaehyun knew Hagyeong/No. 5 infiltrated that house.
2. In relation to the above, that was really foolish of Hagyeong/No. 50 to fall into that trap. Not only do we have four more episodes to see if Jaehyun will get away with everything, I doubt Haesoo has enough evidence to act against Jaehyun at this point. Not only that, Hagyeong/No. 50 should have recorded what Jaehyun was doing to Sejin before telling Kyojin about it.
3. We also have to fear for Hajun/No. 105 because Jo and his two underlings from Hanwool are coming for him and Jiu.
I didn't watch the last two episodes but I want people to spoil certain events for me:1. Assasin 50 went through…
Not by choice was No. 50 made to be Hong Taera. That was on Pyo Jaehyun (for reasons that will hopefully explained in this week's episode), who recommended to the grieving Hong Yura that No. 50 be used to act out as Taera. As for Ji-woo, she most definitely is Hagyeong/No. 50/Taera and Jaehyun's biological daughter.
Not really. We don't know why Seondeok created the assassin organization in the first place much less how Kang…
But as far as I'm concerned, the only ones resolved are who Hong Yura was working for and Kyojin waking up. Killing off a character and having characters resolve their issues doesn't really count.
can’t believe they just really resolved multiple issues all at once in a single episode (episode 8) ðŸ˜
Not really. We don't know why Seondeok created the assassin organization in the first place much less how Kang Geummo (Dojin's father) availed of their services (if he did have Ko Haesoo's father Taeseon assassinated).
Other than that, we still need to resolve the following in 8 episodes:
1. Where Hagyeong/No. 50/Hong Taera and Hajun/No. 105/Cha Pilseung came from before they were abducted by Hanwool and made into assassins.
2. Everything about Pyo Jaehyun, especially with how he knew of the barely alive and amnesiac Hagyeong/No. 50 to turn her into a fake Hong Taera (the real one having died in a car accident in France, in which Hagyeong/No. 50 was taken to and given plastic surgery to look like the deceased Taera).
3. The accident that put Jang Kyojin into a comma and how his lover knows the truth behind it.
4. What became of Sophie, the friend of the Hong sisters.
5. Everything about Eum Sangbae, Geummo's top henchman.
Something I've wondered after watching episode 7: in the flashback where No. 105/Ha-jun came about, he said "Where's my sister, Hagyeong"? I assume that No. 50's real name?
On that note, given how Sungchan's only appearance in this episode was in Jaehyun's first hallucinatory loop, would that mean that the former isn't so lucky because with all of Jaehyun's crime's exposed, I can assume Sungchan is going to face the music too.

Is it something to rewatch, probably not.

A question: anyone know the song used in the credits?
