I just read in wiki that the king's hobby was to rape, abduct and kill women....I'm curious how they will build…
And when did historical dramas ever actually follow history (excluding dir. Jung Ha Yeon's dramas)? I doubt we'll have to worry about this.

I successfully avoided all the time traveling dramas haha. I think of them as fantasy dramas, with a historical setting and nothing more. The plot itself has few to no historical facts, they just make up stuff to make it more interesting. From experience I don't think fantasy is a genre I should watch more of.
When you've watched it, tell me what you thought of it!

I actually like historical ones a lot too but only if it's something like Chuno. I watched 10 episodes of the series Dong Yi but knowing how it will end it got boring. History was never my favorite subject. I don't watch a lot of historical movies...
I just completed the movie Private Eye and I think you would like it?! It has a Sherlock feel to it but it's set in 1910 Korea. The directing was amazing and the acting was decent! I should have watched it long ago but it got stuck on my "to watch before I die"-list.

I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been busy lately.
I know what you mean, some lists are insanely long and they've only been watching for 2 years?! I understand know how they find the time to watch so much.
I've been addicted to noir movies lately but what I usually do is to pick up whatever is stated to be crime. I probably prefer action, crime, medical or thrillers but I can enjoy a nice romance/life too. Not so much rom-coms. What do you prefer?

Hello, thank you for the friend request, it's nice to meet you too! It's easier to complete my movies compared to your amount of dramas though I think I might be missing around 20 titles on my list.
