Ah, Iljimae... The ending was indeed disappointing to say the least, but I'm not going to let that take away the awesomeness of the rest of the drama. As long as you ignore that last part (and well, the romance aspect), it was freaking amazing.
I agree with you, dropped it tbh. Perhaps the timing was just bad for me, I think if I had watched it a year earlier I would've loved it, but by the time I actually came around to it I had grown tired of the romantic melodrama-genre.
Seriously questioning the kings logic...
He didn't want to have sex with the queen because he's gay... so he made his lover have sex with her. From the king's perspective, Hong Rim was just as gay as him, so how was that supposed to be any better?
Ah, I wished I had known about this "cure" earlier... I had a drama burnout for almost a year, I barely used my computer and would just sigh every time I saw comments about how amazing some of the new 2013 dramas were. I just recently watched Iljimae because I just happened to find the episodes on youtube and BAM just like that (thanks Junki) I was back on track!
Now I'm just trying to catch up on everything I missed out on lol
Kept me at the end of my seat till the last minute! I like that it's an ending that makes you think, it doesn't feel as empty now that it's over.
A well deserved 10 and a round of applause for this drama!
I had mixed feelings about Harry. He wasn't too bad at first, but then he got all psycho and I started disliking him more and more...
But at the same time I felt really bad for him, I mean look at all he went through, so I still couldn't hate him. Especially not after that last scene with him :(
At first when I noticed that everyone was using Samsung phones I though there was just a LOT of Samsung users in Korea, but when they started showing off the stuff a bit too much like "oh you know just sitting here doing all these cool things with my >SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II<, no big deal" I figured that probably wasn't it ^^'
Thanks a lot, totally gonna spend my night watching My Girlfriend is an Agent! :D Funny how they almost had the same poses on the first two posters btw lol
I've watched all of these except for Dr. Jin and I Do I Do, and I totally agree on pretty much everything. I was especially disappointed in Big because I liked it and it had potential, and even though I wasn't as interested towards the last episodes it was still really good, so the ending made me kinda mad because it was so pathetic. My expectations on TTBY and DH2 were pretty low from the beginning so I didn't really care too much about those tbh. And yeah, the actual story line of RP was so-so, but the Joseon power rangers totally made up for it lol.
My first drama was Secret Garden that I accidently came across on youtube, and since I had heard the name before I clicked it just to see what it was. Originally I was just going to watch a few minutes, but well, I ended up watching all 20 episodes. XD
Because I'm Stupid is actually the only song of BoF that I really like. The other songs are so-so. Aside from that and the fact that SUFBB isn't there I agree with the list.
And even though it's still airing, To The Beautiful You has got an awesome soundtrack :D
