You should checkout the actors transformation for the film "Sarabjit". ML literaly became a zombie to convince viewers he was tortured in prison.

Actors often have a nutritionist and fitness health professionals guiding them for such transformations, her dedication towards her project to the extent that she is willing to change her body like that is rather commendable...hope the film is good too, Acting and Post-production will make or break all her hardwork.
