From my analysis of his personality I dont think he is dating coz I think he has indeed been too busy in the recent few years to be dating coz there's shoot, pre-shoot prep, ad campaigns, promotion events etc etc.. Also in an old interview which keeps going around he has mentioned that "He might remain single coz there are artists who are dedicated to the craft who stay single". And at the moment when he might be at the peak of his career I dont think the news of him dating will be revealed even if he was in fact committed.

IKR..Her screen presence is very attractive, even in the support roles, I have always liked her, at 18 she has more projects listed in the past 5 yrs than anyone else.

You should checkout the actors transformation for the film "Sarabjit". ML literaly became a zombie to convince viewers he was tortured in prison.

Actors often have a nutritionist and fitness health professionals guiding them for such transformations, her dedication towards her project to the extent that she is willing to change her body like that is rather commendable...hope the film is good too, Acting and Post-production will make or break all her hardwork.
