I actually enjoyed this drama, other than the creepy 2nd male lead (skipped him often) and then out of nowhere intense airplane scene. I presume it was in the book??? I don't really get why they used the violin in the promo photo. I was expecting him to be in the FL's final performance or write a song with her or something. That was strange. Still, I found it overall cute and entertaining enough for me to keep watching it.
A lot's happened in popular culture in the three years since this drama was originally filmed. I wonder how the…
I have lived in South Korea since 2018. The national problems in recent years have been more than dramatic, overall alarming... For example, the "me too" movement, the Nth room, the Burning Sun scandal (all surrounding it), the downfall of President Park and Samsung's Heir, bullying by Idols and actors... There have been multiple real-life issues that have surfaced in the past few years, which have shifted the general content produced nationally. People in Korea are no longer tolerant of past behavior.
It has been a long time since I watched a drama and the waiting for the next episode felt 4 times longer than it actually is... Is it Thursday yet??? LOL UGH!

I agree, Korean dramas progress with the times relatively quickly, they have to adapt to a rapidly changing culture. Dramas from a few years back sometimes free like a decade.
1% of something is a remake of a classic super popular 2003 K-drama which was much worse. I am sure they tried to keep some of the characteristics of the original male leads domineering personality.
I didn't read all the comments but I just want to know if there's romance between the coroner and the prince?…
The final 2 episodes are on this Saturday. It will be another week before we can watch it with subs. The details are still unknown about how their relationship will end, so far it seems like the writer will give us a good ending. We just have to wait and see.
Netflix posted a schedule for Tuesdays: EP 11- 18 on the 18th EP 19-22 on May 25th EP 23-24 on June 1st Per week it will be 8, then 4, and lastly 2 episodes. FYI: Last week the episodes dropped at 12:00 noon Eastern Daylight Time EDT time zone in the US. It is highly possible the same will happen this week.
The Chinese remade this into a 24 episode 45 mins long drama called "Use for my talent". Everybody copies everybody.
Remakes and adaptations have been around forever. How many versions of Shakespeares' plays are there or Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice? The vast majority of people don't watch content outside of their own language or culture. It's completely understandable that there are recycled or upcycled storylines or scripts.
This is 43 EP but if you are watching it on Youtube (English) the editing start and endpoints are different therefore you will only find 39. It ended today just in case anyone is wondering.
Ok on Tencent the episodes are updated to 24 and the last episode I’m guessing 31 to 36 are coming out today,…
Dramacool uploads/steals from licensed sites like V.QQ. These episodes are intended for the Chinese market/region first. After that they pull them from a licensed site like Tencent when the subs are available, there is a 1-2 week delay in most cases.
This story is about people. The leads friendship-relationship, it's not a wild romance, it does touch on it. The story is focused on the human experience, The mainly on healing past wounds, rebuilding broken relationships of those in the care home but also the leads themselves. Over time they start to depend on one another to get through past pain and present problems surrounding their lives. There are a few attempts at romantic moments by the ML, the female lead doesn't express her feeling outwardly often but you see she is also interested in the ML little by little. By the end, you know the FL accepts him, but it's not a normal confession or with a kiss. It is all very subtle.
It's very subtle. The most we see is a couple of hugs, even those can sometimes be brushed off by the FL, by the end you know they have mutual affection but there isn't a climactic confession and a big romantic kiss.
