I'm watching it for Ha Seok-jin too, and it's hard. This isn't a credible love triangle, it's so poorly built…
I want to watch it desperately for this reason alone. I don't know if I can bare the script. aahhhh. I may stick to the Youtube clips in the end.

I like this drama a lot but does anyone else think that ML is acting little bit high or is it just me ? For example…
I think his even-toned disposition is a trauma-related after effect of the accident. Secondly, there is the abuse he has endured within the industry. He's subconsciously careful to not let anyone into deep into his safe space, this would mean he would have to confront his unhealed wounds. At the same time, he's not giving too much away about his thoughts and feelings, he is aware there those currently working against him. He also wants to protect the FL from being labeled publicly because of their association.

It seems to have a slow start, but I feel it will pick up the pace. I don't mind the age difference in the characters…
I couldn't agree with you more.

After watching 10 episodes with subs and the next 10 without.
I am surprised by the extremely negative comments. I find CYLS it to be a very enjoyable and easy to watch drama. It's maybe a little slow in its build-up, but it's not draggy. I'm not skipping through the scenes as I would if I were bored. I like most of the main and supporting characters, the 2nd lead isn't overly annoying even if he is a little in the way. There doesn't seem to be any major issues with the dubbing or editing as others have commented on youtube.

a episode once a week? OMG it's too long at least 2 episodes a week?!!
Taiwanese dramas only have 1 ep a week, plus it's far more common for them to get extended compared to Korean dramas. I usually won't start one until it's a week or 2 from being over. The wait can be frustrating.

After the complaint about the 'underage" kissing scene. I am pretty sure the director or network had to wash down the drama. Getting slammed with a warning, is a pretty big deal actually. They must have been walking on egg shells to keep the drama as light and non-controversial as possible.

I still will drop after 1 or 2 episodes if I know it isn't my thing, but I do try to give a show 4 episodes. I…
I think 25%-30% of any story is primarily to lay out a solid foundation. 4 -5 hours out of a 16 for a drama. Movie wise I guess that would be about 20-25 minutes of a film.

I always give it six episodes usually I find I 3 isn't a fair shot. The plot is often being laid out the first 25% -30% of a drama. I would say 15 % of those I am not sure about until 4 I drop by 5-6. The rest I love or like enough to continue on with until the end..
