The ending is that he promises her to appear every year on 15th of october but 3 years passed without him doing so. Then after three years, he came back again. The scene showes him coming from the sea with her looking at him laughing and crying at the same time. The ending wasn't explained much but I saw one of the comments that analyzed the ending based on the OST of the drama and ost that was played at the ending ewas the one played at every happy moment between them.

In my own opinion, yes.

I liked the drama very much.I am happy I didn’t listen to the negative comments or reviews.I must rewatch it in the future. I enjoyed every moment and episodes.I want to say that every drama has it’s downsides but it is okay as long as you enjoy it.
