This is such a cute and light hearted show!! Please please watch it and give it a chance! The romance is SO REALISTIC. I don't understand why some people are saying it's slow paced - it's not realistic to fall in love in the first episode. The build up of their love is so beautiful and I personally enjoy the tension so this was amazing. All the characters had so much depth & growth as well. 10/10

There's a hint of romance with Yeo Jin Goo's character and it's cute, but it's not the main focus of this drama. In fact, I believe that romance would have kind of ruined this drama because it would draw away from the serious issues that the characters face.
It's definitely an AMAZING drama though and the lack of romance didn't hinder it- and this is coming for a person that mainly watches romantic dramas haha
