Tax evasion is very serious they have to have an intent. Someone must have gotten some money, that company edit the article 6 times in 1 month so yby gets blasted for the full month😬😬

Ohhh weibo is going crazy but idk if it's a good thing since china's really focused on the Taiwan issue right now rather than entertainment. I think they should really sue. Anyone with accounting knowledge (assuming they had taxation in their course work) knows tax evasion doesn't apply for her case. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

They post a screen shot of it from a some what credible source it was from 人民日报and then they have a bunch of so called industry tax experts trying to frame her. Things just took off from there until the real professionals came out and said whatever they framed is inaccurate. But people still going after her

She was framed, they can't find anything else to get her lol her new show have some really good ratings, so they found out she was a sole shareholder and legal person of a company that was fined for deduction issues. Turned out it wasn't even related to income, of course it's somewhat related since they're saying shareholder didn't withhold taxes for an expense that they thought should be considered expense when the government considers it as a dividend. The penalties, interest along with the tax is 900k. It's alot but seeing how big the penalty was, to a celebrity it isn't significant. But that's why the people trying to blow it out of proportion utilized this event, they know 900k rmb is alot yo regular ppl so they making a mountain out of a molehole. It just needs a few crazy platforms that have a high fan base and buying some likes to blow this whole thing out. I really feel bad for crystal. Middle class income family background, gone big, don't have powerful backers and now stuck. She probably can't sue because I think her company might have blew this one on her just so she have to renew her contract and guaranteeing she has no marketable value, which she definitely has since after the second week of the incident ppl started seeing how she's innocent and started defending her

I actually started following her end of 2019, watched listening snow tower not for her but for the ML. In the comment section all I see people doing is complain about her being ugly blah blah blah lol... Then I realized after watching LAR with her and CY I know why ppl hated her so much. Her company hates her, after the eye drop incident it's pretty obvious and one of the managers in the company devoted a whole post about her without naming her lol then ZLY, I guess when she started her career, somewhere or some sources said crystal is Little ZLY, and ZLY have some really toxic fans, they're so toxic that the government came out on them. CYs fans also a little on the extreme side. I have no problems with artists and their private life. Pay the fine, do the time, move on. But watching all this cyber bullying made opened my eyes. I started following her Weibo need last year with the eye drop in incident, poor thing had this gigantic thing growing on her eyes, give me a break she went on a interview explaining it before someone posted her using her eye drops. Then trying to frame her for using eye drops for crying. Majority of these ppl framing are CY fans.. idk where and when ZLY fans came along I noticed it earlier this year when they started attacking crystal for being ugly and a copy cat. Crystal never did any plastic surgery, doesn't look unnatural, some fan girls are just a little wild. They don't want their idol to be copied or I guess have their spotlight stolen. I think crystals contract is almost up, she's almost done with these companies there's rumors that says she might join YMs company. I just want this poor girl to have her jobs back, she's a ordinary person that climbed up there but since she don't have backup its easy to pull her down.

ZS was canceled not just because of tax reasons that one is her committing crime and tax. She was caught pretty bad no way in saving her image,cause trying to terminate a surrogacy and it's like 7 months in, pretty bad. I still watch love020 though 🥲

I understand where you're going at but tbh greed is the issue. DL and FBB it's a greed issue, getting canceled and losing their jobs foris a little crazy to me. I think as long as they pay their fines and change, I don't see why they can't come back. The government pretty much banned both of them for sure.. yby is a different thing, she didn't evade taxes they're trying to frame her. She paid her tax with penalities and interest. I think artists like DL and FBB should be forgiven. 900k rmb to you might not be alot but to others is alot. But since she didn't have the intent that's why she wasn't banned

its actually funny, they posting pictures of their similar outfits, some of the times i think crystal wore it first. If crystal was copying that senior, she has many things to learn for example, senior put her antis in court a few days ago and got apology letters. Crystal should do the same.

I think majority of crystal fans are saying congratulations to the 2nd female lead because people need to move on. Nobody is blaming FSM, you're the first one to say so. I'm on weibo everyday... If you're trying to clear for CY, he was put on blast for the way he was acting. His whole demeanor was terrible, I understood it if the company wanted this, but i think its fans like you that ruined it for him. You guys try to throw this girl under just to clean his image up. That brother was not making any eye contact what so ever, his comments and remarks on his role was "even though SF is gone, CY is still here". That's some narcissistic remark. I was fine with CY even after the incident until fans like yourself try to say because this female is ______, no wonder why CY was treating her terribly. From the beginning to end CY was just told he has no manners, nothing else. I stand my ground, whatever you're on, stop it, get some help. Or go on Weibo and participate with those crazy die hard fans, you got a lot of accomplices.

I've been following crystal's incident since July 4th. I hope all the haters get some closure on this matter, trying to ruin someone's life and career won't make your life better. This is someone that went to school all her life to prepare for this specific career, for a scandal to break out for the reasons of tax withholding on certain expenses taken that cannot be taken is appalling lol anyone with a brain can tell this is used to smear her career. It's not like she falsely reporting her income on purpose, this is some expenses that shouldn't have been deducted but it was, an accounting mistake. It's not like she goes out to film during the day then when she goes back home she takes a look at her books and records. I personally don't think tax issues are big issues, even if its tax evasion, as long as they were found guilty, pay the fine and move on and continue to work. This goes the same for DL and FBB. Ultimately these actors are high tax paying individuals, killing their career means less tax income for the government.
