2 episodes in. Wow, so much has happened already. What we've gotten so far is a setup for the intricate characters, some great ost and a refreshing plot. Interested to see where this'll go.
I'm going to miss Yoon Doo Joon ;/ God's blessings to be over him and protecting him! http://www.dramabeans.com/2018/08/yoon-doo-joon-called-to-enlist-this-week-lets-eat-3-in-talks-to-cut-episodes/
Man, that's so unfortunate. I felt like the drama should be extended, but now it's being shortened. I just don't know if it can be completed in a fulfilling manner.
I love this so much so far! The relationships are so sweet and cute. Dae Young might be my favorite guy character…
Can agree, Dae Young is a very likable character through every season. Like, he's so reasonable, sensible and all the other ble's, but he's written to not be corny. I would liken his character to someone like Kim Do Jin, the title character in the drama A Gentleman's Dignity. Though not completely similar, they definitely share some traits.
12 episodes in. Thus far i'm having a blast with this season of Let's eat. Initially, I was not looking forward to the flashback scenes, but luckily they're very fun to watch. I would liken the flashbacks to that of A Gentleman's Dignity's flashbacks, though not quite as funny. But yeah, this is a great season so far, a shame there's only 4 more episodes, I feel like it could very easily have been extended.
Watching episode 12 and I am kind of horrified at what Dae Young and Woo Sun are eating. raw hamburger, raw egg…
I just watched episode 12. I can relate very much to this comment. Like, chopping up an alive octopus with scissors and eating it raw is pretty wild in my eyes. I was shuddering throughout the entire scene :0
Another very enjoyable rom-com from 2018. While there were definitely a few flaws in the form of unneeded melodrama, the light-hearted romantic nature of the series was enough to carry. I liken this series to Secretary kim in both the positives and negatives of the series, though, I have to say I preferred the comedy from Secretary kim and the romance from Wok of love.
Episode 14. There's alot to like about this series. Whether it's the refreshing and well paced romance, hilarious comedy, or even the entertaining side characters, there's likely something for everyone. With this said, the whole childhood backstory thing, and the brothers side plot in general are shitty and skip-worthy. Some say that it's being dragged on a little in these final episodes, I can somewhat agree, but I still find the romance pleasing, and the side-couples shenanigans interesting.
19 episodes in, here are my thoughts thus far. I'm really enjoying this sequel , a little more than even the first NIF. The pro's so far include extensive characterization, intelligent schemes, visually impressive sets, and well timed pacing. As for the cons, the only gripe I have is that a few minor and somewhat important characters have been led on quite easily by the villains, usually with a mere conversation. I like where the series is going, let's hope it doesn't disappoint.
While the premise was promising, and Lee Bo Young makes a good milf, I couldn't stand Lee Jong Suk. The way he grins is absolute cringe and was almost impossible for me to sit through, I think I fast forwarded about 70% of this series because of his character alone, pretty disappointing.
Well.after spending so much time to finish this drama, I must say I'm disappointed! First of all, it's totally…
Oath, I swear she got accused of something like once an episode, and these villains were laughably stupid, the only decently cunning one was Chang Ru, but even she became an idiot at the end.
Too much scheming, I swear there was probably over 50 set ups throughout the entire series, i'm not joking. Also these villains are a fucking joke, they came up with some of the most laughable plans.
