Another thing that I love about this episode: Moeum and Danho parent behaviour. Especially Moeum, she goes from strange aunty to cool aunty to mom coded very fast.
"Seok Ryu wonder if Seunghyo's back was this wide. Feeling unfamiliar and excited, Seok Ryu hesitates before opening her mouth. The same goes for Seung Hyo." - Ep 7 Highlight
They always bickering, maybe that's why their silent speak thousand words for their romance.
That scene where they see each other contact... my heart flutter🙈❤️ What year it is? 2010? What am I? Middle schooler? My heart beating like when I watched Playful Kiss for the first time. I can't. That's a peak romance for me.
I'm actually excited for Bae Hyeon Seong performance the most. In my opinion his character is the heart and soul of this drama. So far the trailer looks great! I hope they can adapt the story well. I have good feeling for this drama.
I love title change in episode 2 and 5 the most. From Hate (Mium) to Heart (Maeum), and from Go Back (Gobaekeu) to Confession (Gobaek). So clever and fun to looking for, like easter eggs.
Very entertaining and heart-warming. And the songs turn out so good❤️ It's even better because I follow since youtube era. I hope one day it will get second season with Mido and Falasol full song!
Okay, this is a bit of surprise. They are STILL filming. I admit. . I was rather surprised that filming apparently…
I remember read that this drama air earlier than it should be to replace Resident Playbook air time, because of doctor strike in Korea. Maybe that the reason? I can't find the source so I'm not fully sure.
Neighbourhood full of love🫶 Korean title only talking about Seung Hyo-Seok Ryu, but the english title describe…
It's eomma chingu adeul or eomchina for short, literally mean Mother's Friend's son.
Eomchina is a slang in korean, usually refer to a perfect son that parents use as a role model for their children, and the one parents always compared with their kid.
Neighbourhood full of love🫶 Korean title only talking about Seung Hyo-Seok Ryu, but the english title describe two couple in one phrase. It's a good thing they didn't going with 'Golden Boy'.
Something about this drama doesn't feel very cinematic.
Maybe because they use a lot of ambient sound instead of ost? The dialogue and interaction not always poetic nor dramatic, but still hold a lot of meaning. The characters are not 'angel' or 'devil'. So far, I doesn't even see comments about 'green flag' 'red flag'.
I love how every characters have their own life, but still give time to each other without majorly sacrifice their own life. Each person interact differently depend on who they interact with. They feel so human and casual.
When I was younger I always dreaming that someone will drag me out of my room on my most awful days, but that person never come. The only person that will drag me out of my room, scold me and give me a reason to move is myself only.
But deep down in my heart, I still longing for that kind of person. That will nagging me from time to time, that will break my wall if it necessary to come into my world. I know a lot of people doesn't like how rough Seok Ryu is. But personally, I appreciate that kind of person, a lot.

But I'm not said it will be free of angst, but I think it will not be too much, it still romcom after all.
