Kissing scene in kdrama for me is usually just: "Oh, they finally kissing! Cute."
But that ep 8 kissing scene belong to museum. The wind, the sea, the sun, their expression, the ost, the color grading, the script, Even light of the city playing a big part. Like when she said, "It's must be far to late to go to you..." the light beyond the sea glimmering from the far. But the moment Kijun appear, the city light already turn off and the real light--the sun--appear. My english is so bad, but it's so poetic in my mind!!! Like the light in her life is not too far to reach, it will come to her, like the sun. What she need to do is just go out and let the sun bathe her in his light.
I saw a lot of people stop watching after stabbing scene, but for me the drama just start dramaing after that. The writing of earlier episodes are so solid, and finally we can pick the fruit of that characterization and all the plot planting they do from ep 1. Apparently romcom-melo is a thing, and I love it, but it has a lot of hater these day🥲
So far this is my best drama this year. I hope it's as good till the ending.
I only start suspecting Ah Jeong yesterday, and only like 20% sure. The plot twist is plot twisting hard for me! All this time I suspecting Jae Yeol bro the most and Jae Yeol himself as number two suspect.

Kijun is the type that think: as long as I do things right and just, good things will follow. It's been persistent since episode 1 and the writer utilize this not only as his 'good' side but also his 'bad' side.
Are you talking 'tall' like in person height?? His profile said he is 181 cm and it's not like Somin is 175+ cm, look wise they will be alright.
Well, if it's about acting I can see why so many people worry because he doesn't have a lot of portfolio. But at this point just pray casting director seeing what we didn't see yet. Everybody start from somewhere.
The ML feels like a miscast but I hope he proves me wrong!
He is in rookie side and so far mostly starred in youth dramas with poor scripts. However, the moment he get decent script (The Winning Try) I saw a lot of good review about his acting. I think he is quite promising.
And given the scale of this new project (script is daesang winner+senior costar) I am sure he will work extra hard to prepare (I hope). Let's hope he proves all the doubters wrong!
I really love the pacing of this drama. Since kdrama went with fewer number of episodes instead of the regular 16 ep, I rarely feel satisfied when watching kdrama. It feels rushed or too stretched out, hard to find good balance. But so far, this one is perfect.
It's only half way but I feel I already seen a lot, story and characters develop so much, and it still have enough room to grow for another 6 ep. The director is a good story teller. And the writer goes hard with these fleshed out characters and beautiful dialogues. I especially love a lot of dialogues in ep 6.
I hear no hype about this drama pre-airing time, but the 1st episode is SO PEAK! Chaotic but strong in structure at the same time. I hope the rest will be as great. Funny but slightly intriguing office romcom.

pssst -- still 17
I love consistent script.
You know the drama is good when you can't stop thinking about it between airing time...
