He was indeed using the flood dragon power but there was a moment he bursted out DD power so JY checked for the dragon birthmark. It was then that WSG realised it was WWY possessed by JY.

That JL said LWY could use her powers around the snake (JY) because she had one whatever of JY on her. Same goes for WSG, he could use the Dragon deity power in the illusion only when WWY possessed by JY was around him.
I just feel too proud to make out the connection 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️
Also, the fact that JL is being all lovey dovey with LWY knowing JY can see it all is somehow very funny to me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
And I think LWY is not just created by JY to control the sect or else she and and JL wouldn't have ended up in the illusion 1000 years ago. It was clearly related to LWY as far as my brain in concerned so I doubt if destroying the something of JY on LWY will be enough to save her. But that doesn't stop me from fantasizing a happy ending 😭😭

I started watching TTEOTM while it was airing and picked up Starry Love to get an idea of the world building since it had recently aired. I still remember I finished SL first and TTEOTM the next day. For I few hours I was having an existential crises because I am a HSP and then I came to a conclusion that sad endings was the reality, open ending an escape and happy ending a dream. 🙄😅

The background and clothing resembles a scene from the trailer where he says "I will remain the Dragon Deity". Some really out of the world plans are going on in his mind right now 😭😭
And I don't want to be paranoid but the trailer has been giving me more and more bad vibes the more I rewatch it. 😭

yes those are even more confusing... there was even a scene where his look was like that of YWH (butterfly demon) The trailer gave me more questions then the episode itself 😭😭

but he never had dragon power. the power he was losing were the demon power the four high ranking demons lent him. the dragon deity power was never in his ring or on him. At least not when he met LWY
