Honestly, I get why so many people didn’t like S2 and felt like it was nothing but filler, but I didn’t feel that way. For me, the newly introduced characters really gave off the vibe of “smthg big is gonna happen and this is not even a small piece of it”, like they were actually building smthg but in S3 we just see those characters die off or basically have no meaning to the main story and that finally made it clear that oh it’s only filler.
But yh I agree, S1 was just the best and they couldn’t match S2 and S3 to the vibe and masterpiece that S1 was, unfortunately.

I understand that but 1) the fact that neohumans don’t have emotions wasn’t even that important to the story, like it was just some little detail or smthg unique to the neohumans and 2) I honestly just didn’t want Eunhyeok, out of all characters, have that role bcs he could’ve been smthg so much better but that’s just my opinion ig
