the unexpected hate on the FL is something else obviously she's gonna have a character development and not gonna be chillike for ever I feel like people that are criticising her character haven't watched ep 21 sh is changing and her character is developing well, and people saying romance is not the focus it's gonna be a focus soon cos I think we have 3 kiss scenes in this drama with both leads, and I will never ship caiwei and ML even the GP and ML cos they don't even match or fit I've been saying this since the start , if GP was the FL she won't get any development cos she's alr perfect the way it is and the story won't even be a romance focused either. and I like the way they are balancing the love life with the main story with the way it is progressing

you are missing every point in the drama why didn't the GP help xu qi an when he was about to be cut into two, she literally knew and told her maids to reveal to li an that she was in prison, and also li an also took responsibility for what she did and made qi an like her even more, however the GP is scheming at the same time, sure she's reserved but she isn't really a main love interest material that's all

too bad it's not in the novel too and if it's true then it'd totally change the ML's character why cheat on your wife and claim you can't stand injustice

not really huaqing is scheming and is already mature while listening and still has a lot to learn if he just gets with huaqing their romance will be boring and xu qi an will also feel suffocated with the relationship because she's too serious and also scheming, li an on the other hand is immature has a lot to learn while she'd develop later on into a woman that's also independent. huaqing is naturally scheming and I think even qi an will not want to date her to cos he is also weary of people, even if they end up together it's not gonna be good
