My favorite scene from ep 29 is the emperor and the princess. He humiliate her in public, but he speaks the truth. If it wasn't for him, she will never wake up from her delusional dream w/Jing Shi thinking he will change and love her in return. She chose to betray susha and ran away with JS. The satisfying part is when he wiped her tears and put it in her mouth so she remember the taste of her punishment for the rest of her life. Her stupidity is the reason why her father and brother was killed.
The ex husband and wife are now enemy. i love how she said to Jing Shi that the princess he knew is dead and closed the door on him like he did to her.
It looks like the upcoming spoiler, I saw Feng Suige carrying Xi Ying. the sibling will reunite soon.
Our main lead finally got married but haven't finish their wedding night yet and there's already a case waiting for them to investigate. I believe this is the only drama that he pair with the FL of the same age. I'd love to see wyx and Julia cast in modern drama. This drama is underrated but the supporting casts are amazing. this is truly a gem from start to finish. My rating 10/10
Towards the end you will see Tong Shuang as Yesha. Looks like Xue Man took the pills to make her strong to break the wall so they all don't die and it left us hanging to see what happen to XM and BM
RR and SYS wedding was so beautiful after what they went through together. Gonna miss my babies. One of the best cdrama of 2025, well written and happy ending . Where the divine tree is, that's home for RR and SYS. They have 3 beautiful kids together. This one holds a special place in my heart. Deng Wei and Julia deserve all the love and supports from all over the world.
I first discovered Deng Wei in Miss Dragon, he was probably 25 when he first started his first acting. He was so young and talented. As he gets older, he look more handsome and sexier. Deng Wei was 28 and Julia was 21 when they started filming LOTDT back in Oct 2023. I want to see both of them cast in modern drama. After reading the novel last year and waiting for the drama to air, the wait was worth it. The whole cast did a phenomenal job portraying their characters. Never a boring moment where you have to fast forward the scene. I'm gonna miss my RR and SYS. DW and Julia was the perfect cast. Another masterpiece drama from Director Yin Tao.
Deng Wei and Julia are so cute together. I need them in a modern drama where he play the cold bad ass CEO. The back hug is my favorite. Julia is one lucky lady and get to be so close to Wei Wei.
So far yet so close. I hope they release a mv or more teasers of the main lead tonight. Love Deng Wei and Julia. Can't wait to see both on screen soon. 1 1/2 weeks seems long, but it's worth the wait.
