It was the same for me, I had difficulty getting through the first episode while retaining interest. The great reviews on this drama pushed me through though and I am so glad I didn't give up on this drama because it's definitely one of my favorites ! And don't worry about it not having a lot of romance, there's certainly enough in the episodes leading to the end, they have such great chemistry^^

He was also in an episode of the liar and his lover for a very short period of time

Yeah essentially, I guess. There were so many parts where I cried during this drama but so many where I laughed too

Some people focus on how long he had to wait to meet her again and how heartbroken he must have been because the Jimin from the past had died. Also the wedding scene was really heartbreaking too because after Yoochun disappeared Jimin was left alone crying to herself.

I don't really remember the main character's names so I'll just be calling them by the actor's names. Yoochun and Jimin fall in love with each other and around the last episode they have a small "wedding" because Yoochun is going to disappear and go back to his own time. They have a really dramatic scene where they're both crying while kissing and he disappears after that. At the end, Jimin meets with the Yoochun from her time and the dialogue goes somewhere around these lines:
Yoochun: Why are you so late? I've been waiting for a long time.
Jimin: Where were you? I've always been here.
So you can like interpret this in many ways. A lot of people choose to think that Yoochun from the past was reincarnated as Yoochun in the present and so he's been waiting for her for that long. It's not really easy to understand from my description so I still suggest that you watch it because it is an amazing drama.

Should i spoil the ending?

I began watching already knowing this. I don't usually watch BL anyway, but thank you for letting me know

Currently, I am watching episode one of Joy of Life and it seems pretty boring as of now. Can someone reassure me that i will not be wasting my time watching the drama? While i was watching The Untamed I found that I never really started liking it until episode 10, so is there also a certain episode in Joy of Life that will make me look foward to the rest of the series?
