You're going to think I'm being that person when you start reading this, but hear me out. When I watched the trailer, I wasn't particularly interested. I am more the fluffy, badly written drama fan, rather than seeing two people in a pool going at it and men sizing up by pulling out guns. I gave in and decided to give episode one a chance, seeing as the plot seemed to really have my interest when it came to the mafia portion. So, this is coming from someone who wasn't hyped about the show, nor did they think they'd watch it.
All I have to say is, wow. First off, the acting is AMAZING. The chemistry between the main leads is oozing. They've already set a plot and a story, and left everyone wanting more in just what was one VERY short hour. Kinn has my full attention. I love his snobby, rich boy, 'I have a mafia daddy' attitude. Where as Porsche is the complete opposite. The fight scenes in this show were the most realistic fight scenes I've seen come out of any Thai show I've seen, so I appreciated that. I loved every small detail they seemed to throw in. I think my favorite part was Porsche jumping overboard when he chose to swim ALIVE with the fishes. I'm actually looking forward to episode two and am happy to say I was wrong in my assumption.
I like that I am seeing more positive comments on here or maybe the negative nancies come a while after it has…
After you posted this, it took me a while to see positive things. ;-; I'm glad you're someone who actively enjoys that this isnt PERFECT. I love this show, it's such a happy pill!
For all of you hating because you aren't getting toxicity and for some reason, that make this series boring, move on somewhere else. You are deterring others from watching this when it's not bad, the plot is not perfect, but it's completely fine and doesn't deserve the hate.
ANYWAY, I WAS RIGHT ABOUT ENCHANTE. EAT UR WORDS MWAHAHAHA.
All I'm saying is, Black, Sean, & White better live or so help me, I'll jump off a bridge. /j
I'm not ready for next week, and this episode was great. Contrary to what people are saying here, the plot makes a lot of sense to me, and Dan's involvement in it.
