Some of you here are bothered by Sang Yan's hovering around Wen Yifan and not keeping his distance during Sleepwalking. So here are some of the info and articles that dives more into sleepwalking:

Now, if you go back and watch the sleepwalking scenes of WYF, after SY gets to know that she sleepwalks, you can see that he trying to figure out her sleepwalking patterns, like what triggers her, what time she sleepwalks, what does she do during sleepwalking, what are her thoughts during it, while also making sure she doesn't get hurt during it and also trying to lead her back to her room.
Being the man Sang Yan is, who loves her, how can he follow her advice of staying away from her and locking the door, when there is atleast a possibility of potential injury or danger. If this is happening to your friend, family or someone you cared or loved, can you truly turn blindfold to all this, even if that person said to just ignore it? Can you really ignore, knowing it can turn dangerous? To prevent any serious incident from happening and to protect her, he obviously needs to be close to her. How can people see it as him taking advantage of the situation and not as him being worried?? He didn't expect some of the things done by her (like being kissed by her and her sleeping his room) while some are seen as something she really needed (like the 2nd time she hugged pretending to sleepwalk) to which he reciprocated as a form of comfort, which of course she didn't have a problem with. When he said that what you think in the day, reflects in your sleepwalking, she didn't refute because somewhere deep in her heart she wanted them, but of course not in this way.

The story focuses mainly from FL's pov and so we are only shown the moments when he thinks of her, is with her and does something for her. There are only some scenes with his friends and his family but that doesn't mean he doesn't visit or spend time with them. It is just simply, not being shown to us because the direction is fully focused on how WYF sees SY.
And also if you look carefully, you will notice that the scenes of him with his friends, family and colleagues are mostly shown when FL is involved (i.e, when he texts her, when talking about her, or when she is present with them). Even during the college and school days, you get to only see him with FL or thinking about her. So, you only get to see that side of his and not the one when he's vibing with his friends and family.
I think the reason must be to maintain FL's melancholic vibe throughout the drama and to highlight how much the trauma impacted her. Because his vibe with WYF is different from his vibe with his friends, family and colleagues. WYF touches his sensitive side, which is unknown to his other loved ones. The side that you have only with your romantic partner.
If you watch hidden love, you'll clearly see the difference. You will get to know his other side (fun side) with his family and friends, which is not shown much here.
Finally, i want to say that, yes he priorities her because he loves her very much (like we do with our partners) and also since she has very few close people in her life, who she spends time with (but doesn't share everything) and is often lonely. He takes care of her, because he knows she doesn't really have anyone who truely cares for her, besides him.
So, it's Sang Yan prioritizing WYF, not his world revolving only around her, and doesn't him having any life beyond that.

I totally agree with you about everything!! But i would like to correct you about Sang Yan being a narcissist. A Narcissist cannot understand and wouldn't want to understand anyone at all, they can't give space to another person and aren't patient at all. They are manipulative and only focus on getting what they want without considering the other person, which Sang Yan didn't to Wen yifan or to any other person. You can just say he just doesn't really care about anyone but Wen Yifan, his family and his friends
Guys!! I'm crying!!! The ending is so beautiful and heartwarming😭😭 Bai Jing Ting and Zhang Ruo Nan nailed it with their outstanding acting skills and an amazing chemistry💗💗 I still can't believe, i can't see Sang Yan and Wen yifan anymore!! I feel so bittersweet and empty now that it ended 😭😭
Lol didn't expect her mom to protect her younger sister from the uncle seeing how she treated Yi Fan before.
At this point, i don't think she's even protecting the younger sister. Because if she did, she wouldn't even allow him into the house, rather than asking the younger sister to wear her clothes properly. She's selfish and spineless. I wouldn't be surprised if she remarries and treats & abandons the stepdaughter the same way as the fl, if her current husband dies. She is too depending, relies too much on others and pleases them
I thought nothing can top the kiss and the projector scene in today’s episode, but boy was i so wrong!! Yi fan's opening up and crying in sang yan's arms and him comforting her was on a whole another level😭😭 I was having goosebumps all over and a warm feeling was spreading inside me watching that scene🥰 Kudos to bai jing ting and zhang ruo nan, and all staff behind the scenes!!! I couldn't agree more!! This is one thing that i couldn't accept. I understand he doesn't know how worse the world can get. But scamming him rather than guiding is in fact an useless way of learning in reality. If they would've just taught him instead of giving him money and waiting for him to be successful and return, he wouldn't have taken 3 years and would've been prosperous much earlier. But in the end, he had to go and find another person, who adopted and taught him😮💨 They had the time to scheme and scam him but no time for teaching him😬
