My mind kind of went straight to Lee Sun-kyun, who killed himself due to all those billions he was in debt after sponsors pulling out, or image damage claims.
I also think people should not ignore symptoms and I think that is the point of the series. It shows that you may be that busy as to ignore that one obvious concern one should have, especially as a doctor. Also, her being in denial had to occur so that many people can identify with that... in the end she will do the right thing.

I have a friend who recently tried to commit suicide due to burnout.
Up till that point, I never thought one could, without ever feeling that sad, reach that point. I always thought suicide comes in many shapes but never in the shape of a normal feeling that suddenly, and without any sign of warning, breaks into a different feeling you never knew you had.
That is why it's important to rest and do things for yourself, things that do not demand too much. To ease the tension and buildup that would otherwise spill all over and you end up wondering how is that you are drowning, when you have always been an excellent swimmer, or at lease, a pretty good one.

Stay safe and always take time to relax. You may not notice but there, in the background, doing nothing, keeps your mind floating. :)

Might have happened in a short moment of lucidity that we are not seeing yet

So either the SFL’ ex is just the random dude who had a crush on his gf’s friend and saw an opportunity and took it, or he has a grudge witht he ML and wanted to screw him over by doing that to his wife. Or he and the SFL’s dad were both on it (the old guy is still creepy with his interest towards the FL still, or the FL is in fact his daughter too, maybe her mom went through the same thing and just broke mentally then, the husband might have left her to die in that scene we saw, because just as the ML did, he also waited for the moment to get revange)
Can’t pin the SML in all this, i still suspect he is AMI, double personality as well and had something to do with her pills that night.

All in all, i love the multitude of plots we are coming up with 😄

My God, this is so heartbreaking... Truly magnificent choice of title for a drama since getting a happy ending seems utterly impossible.

They go way back, he has her name tag, but she forgot about him (or blocked it due to something really bad between them as kids, she is very capable of erasing it and then move on like nothing happened, as we can all see) He was all happy remembering her, but it might just be him being grateful that she forgot it all and know has a second chance.
If they both have similar conditions (might have met at the doctor as kids) he might feel she is the only one who understood him and definitely does not see her as a crush..

I think it is either YJ 's dad (who is a very creepy guy and everyone seems to know something about him) or SML (because he was there and had the chance to do something to those pills, aaaand he has her same medical issue, he might be dual right now as well.. dude must be investigating himself without knowing, big time :))) Memento vibes :)))

Yes, that was kind of badly written, should have made it look like she was at least willing to go there... If i;d see a picture like that of my wife I too would think something was wrong.

the SML changed the pills when they met at the hotel, remember she dropped them and he then later meets with her and gives them to her.
... he, at the moment, must have had the same breakdown as her and is acting as savior, as a total different person, maybe he stopped medication as the FL just did. Sooooo daaaamn i thought he was kinda cute :)))

ALSO the SFL dad still seems shady, he's the second one I suspect of going to the room with her.

I can no longer suspect a twin, since the DNA would have found some connection.

what if she had a relationship with one, and had the baby with the brother, without knowing... maybe under the drugs she couldn't even tell... and ML found out from his brother, before dying ... but if so, why wait one year after his death then start an affair.. no theory of mine leads to a logical conclusion :)))

i'm afraid too that they gave so many hints they will forget about them and in the end we will be like:
-who pushed her over the bridge?
-who died a year ago?
-what DNA test?
-SML is a villain or not? I didn't see him during the conference but he was there.... is he staging all of it?
-Who the F*** is the detective???
-What's with that journalist...
- why make her go to hell bro? did she cheat on you and forgot? due to the drugs ? Or are you trying to make it look like she cheated so that she finally goes crazy?
-second female lead's dad is giving way to many creepy vibes..

if they forget about tiny details and in the end it won't match in the puzzle I'ma flip
