Do you guys realize that its not the viewers fault that HJP is so loved? The writers messed up Dosan's character.…
Agreed. As far as I see it's the writing. I mean, when you go back to re-watch the "cow shit" scene, rather than the kiss scene... that is one hell of a review :))))
So about the comment section :-This is what happens when they cast the main lead based on Popularity but the second…
Yes, director was all : hey, second lead story is too strong and too awesome. We need a ridiculously good actor to play this and outshine the main lead. Best choice i ever made! Hahahhahahah
I am noticing that being a HPJ fan has become mainstream. Brace yourselves, the "I don't see what all the fuss with HPJ is all about" comments are coming :)))
I would like to point out that if the actors would switch roles, I would still dislike NDS. It's the character folks, not the actor. Begging and crying and acting like the world owes you something is what real people are like. I don't like real people, well, 90% of them, that is why I like dramas. The actors there should be ridiculously impossible, like HPJ. :))
It's true that some people excessively analyze everything and it is kind of annoying but ya'll need to chill. I've learned my lesson from Game of thrones.
“I’ll be her plan B”:-). ..My heart flutters with every eye contract between Dal mi and HJP and I keep replaying…
HPJ is our life lesson = life is not fair, no matter how shitty it is, it can get shittier. You can do great on your own, be willing to give all you have for something you truly desire, and still not get it.
NDS IS life itself = sometimes cry, that will get you everything. Just leave out all the confidence, cry your ass off, beg. In the end, those who deserve it lest, end up with it all.
The writer really needs to play back/reveal to Dalmi some of Jipyeong's scenes to better showcase his character.…
Maybe we'll have season 2 where they get to actually speak for, wait for it, 4 minutes straight out of 16 episodes, and he gets to tell her about the damn plant. :)))))
Seriously now, what kind of writer says: "I need two male characters: Imma'make one cry his ass off, beg for love and shit. The other one will be a gentleman, smart, rough life, trust issues, but all in all a very good person who mixes your noodles, turns on the AC, lets down your seat, usually attentive and a good observer of your needs. Gonna make the strong female lead choose the crybaby. The other one is a life lesson. Oh, i'm gonna win this one! I'll be rich!!
*logs into mydramalist*... oh shit. What did I do..."
When HPJ was shoved into that elevator wall, he should've started crying. That would get him a chance with SDM :)))))
P.S - I was curious about the actor who plays HPJ's age, and apparently, he is born in May. Not 7, but on 8. It was kind of funny, donno why. It's as if he made that up on the spot, but thought it would be weird to say his real birthday :))
And then they wonder why South Korea has such a huge suicide rate.. it's because they are masters when it comes to play with feelings. :))))
PS: I am hearing NDS 's speech to SDL on the background. So glad I don't know the language. He is probably bla bla-ing. :)))
"Please love me. Forget about that guy you cared for 15 years. Seo Dal MI, tell me: who need's a man ...when you have NAM DO SAN!!!" .... did I nail the translation? :)))
i really like HJP. Im sad for him too. but still, what did you expect,?
The actor playing NDS should be annoyed too because he absolutely nailed his role. He's very, very good. If I were him, I'd be annoyed as hell. Also, I believe all of us talking here, on this forum, are reasonable people, very well aware of the fact that these characters are not real, and we are just debating choices made in the plot, scenes, etc/ Whomever gives death threats for this, is probably very, very, and I mean VERY stupid. And at the same time, unaware of the fact that he/she is committing a crime.

Don't be naive. Leave that to me, since I am the queen of naive :))) Writers are probably thinking "We'll show them the ending half way through. Bet they won't see that coming from a drama". Oh yes we did, on all the ones we dropped. :))) You are expecting me to think the same people who made the poster, telling us from the very beginning who win's the love triangle, are gonna pull an unexpected card here? I believe it. Told ya, queen of naive. :))
She is too much into Do San already. The truth about the letters will not make her have a change of heart now.
Yup, and truth be told, you can't really be faithful to all the desires you had as a child. So it's ok if she changed her mind, she spent more time with NDS etc etc. very predictable and well, believable. But all that is just TOO DULL. I mean, you cam literally see these kind of stories written at the subway on the walls. It doesn't get deeper than that. HPJ on the other hand, did have a special story, so that made it interesting. It's as if someone brings a real good dancer to a contest, just to let him watch. Jizaz.
Firstly, no hate to Nam Joo Hyuk, I honestly think he nailed the awkward and nerdy role. This had such great potential…
The only issue I have is that NDS's character is dull and annoying as f.
I agree with you the actor playing him is indeed a very good one, he absolutely nailed his nerdy role. I kind of hate him as much as I hated Joffrey in Game of thrones right now :)))))
And as I also said in other comments, you must truly suck as a director if you see from the script that the second lead has a far more interesting background than the main lead, and yet you don't think "hey, I need to cast an ugly, annoying and untalented man to play the second lead, otherwise it will make my main lead look like crap."...
We all need to accept that the kind of drama we want, isn't out there yet. This had great potential and it turns out, it's nothing more than your regular love triangle.

SDM : you are one of those stars
NDS: There are so many stars.
I was like yeah, there are so many NDS...just one HPJ :)))))

I watch for a few minutes, get annoyed with it, come here and see that everyone else is annoyed.
It's just such a great Saturday for dramas :))))))))
