An all-around masterpiece. In story. In music. In production. In humor. In acting. I think you can sometimes get so caught up in the dramaticness of the show, but there are these really simple moments in the drama that the actors/actresses's acting just shines through. We went through so many ideas, concepts, and moods of different characters in a really well-done, thought-out way. The whole cast's chemistry with one another was just...wow, and they managed to use that chemistry in the bestest of ways possible. I love Maki and Haruta so much. They are such perfect characters to me. They love each other so much and it's been amazing to watch them grow. I love the actors who play them. They have been so amazing from the very beginning. They managed to show Maki and Haruta's love even in the most quietest of moments. I never used to like Chief but this season gave me a new perspective on him and I have grown to be rather fond of him. I always say that you can tell, in the way a drama comes out, when the people involved in the production of a drama really love what they are doing and the story they telling, and Ossan's Love is one of those dramas. Oh my Ossan's Love, I love you forever.
okay well that was kinda perfect and I wasn't expecting that at all chemistry was amazing, acting was just wow I was very pleased with the acting a few things could have been better obviously like the flow of things or certain scenes could have been tidied up better but overall a really good watch loved it
No one will ever get Love By Chance the way I do 😔 Okay no but I get why people don't like it, a little part of me wishes we could do away with the side couples or completely rewrite them cause wow they were a disaster(except for TinCan ig, they were okay and I adored them, especially in the second season) but I love love love love Ae and Pete they are so perfect to me I wish I could place them in a newer, higher quality bl but anywho. Every time I don't know what to watch or am too busy to watch something new I come back to Love by Chance, even now, about 5 years later. Is that cause it's great and amazing and the best drama out there or whatever? No. Not by a long shot. But it's simple, sweet, and genuine and has that quirkiness and stupidness that I sometimes miss that bls always used to have(I am referring to AePete here and TinCan). I will always love you Love By Chance.
These men said, "10/10 chemistry? Yes we have that". WOW just WOW. I am like so obsessed and in love and have been since the first episode. That was so beautifully developed. the story was very easy to follow, they kept conflict to a minimum, making the ending easy to digest and not leaving you needing more to complete the story. The push and pull before we get to the confession scene(which was perfect btw) was chef's kiss. I ate up every bit of Iwanaga's flirtatious advances and Miyata's idc attitude. They are both such visual kings like they look absolutely great together- I don't usually comment on that but I had to had to for them. I love love loved the exploration of their romance in high school. And again, back to their chemistry, what??? it felt so natural. The ending scenes left me giggling. If they were to come and tell us rn that it was all improvised I would say "Yes, yes it was". The way i had to keep replaying the kitchen scene with Miyata cutting the onions in ep 5 cause it was just so....THE scene in episode 4 where they kept looking away from each other every time they met eyes? the smiling? the way Miyata moved closer to Iwanaga without looking at him and Iwanaga just smiling???????? Yeah, I'm never getting over that. a 10/10 for me, that was damn near perfection.
