Title Cruel City Spoiler
I've been through the entire ost and I still can't find the song playing in the background at 55:50-57:12 in episode…
Oh, I mean the instrumental song that starts as soon as you see Lee Jin Sook sitting in a chair crying and talking to the dead Jung Shi Hyun at the end of the episode? Thanks for commenting! :3

What you have to understand when facing asian culture is that they have a long history of thinking women should be "pure", gentle, and healthy in all aspects. So a woman who eats a lot isn't the problem, the problem is What she eats, and how she takes care of her body. In "Oh My Venus" the main character eats a lot and that's not the issue, but the unhealthy food she consumes is. If you're gonna eat unhealthy food then it's important that you stay healthy, and working out is Not just for keeping a good figure - it's for keeping your body strong and healthy. Starving yourself is never right and often, in my experience, they - the dramas and movies - are keen on showing you just how ill you become while doing so: fainting, feeling weak, tired, and light headed. Have you ever seen a character successfully lose a lot of weight in a drama just by starving herself without becoming unhappy, unhealthy or even develop an eating disorder?

The idea of being "pure" is one of those things that lingers on from a different time, in countries which are still considered conservative. Western countries have been open for trade, travel, wars over boarders and spreading knowledge for a very long time, but the asian countries refused to open their borders and thus preventing western culture from influencing their ideals and values. So before judging they way they see things, I recommend a lesson in history. They have come a long way but like every other country, they still struggle with stereotypes from the past. It's true that asian woman often are born with a more slender body, and I know that koreans have a thing for being slim, but they also see slim as a sign of being healthy. Thus seeing a woman being overweight makes them suspicious of this woman living an unhealthy lifestyle - even if that's not the case. And dramas dealing with overweight, drinking and clubbing, and tomboys, we know that they also acknowledge their faults and stereotypes in society. So I rather see they make these kind of movies and dramas, than not at all.

The ending was so random and felt rushed...Whats up with them getting married so soon? aside from that it was…
They already knew that they would be together forever, so why not. ^^

Oh gosh.... now I'm helplessly in love with Takano Seiichi, aka Manager. ♥ Why do I always fall in love with fictional characters!? WHY!
On My Love Story!! Oct 18, 2015
The manga is super funny! But I'm worried, as always when they make it a movie, that some of it's charm will be lost in translation.

I really like this drama, and all. But for some reason I think of 50 Shades of grey, somewhere along the line, minus the sex.... °__° Lee Kang Hoon was scary cute, but scary possessive at the same time. Besides that, it was a really entertaining drama.

Omg Blademan2! I can't even-- *sigh* NO. Is the answer. They knew each other as young but then grew apart because she didn't like who he became. But then he tells her about his life - which is horrible, especially at home - and she gets to know him better. understands why he act the way he does. Love is all about understanding, to give courage and support, so you can overcome your struggles knowing you're not alone. If you think thats disgusting, I can't say I agree. This is a really good drama! So feel free to watch it. Don't let this negative conversation spoil it for you. But if it did, I'm truly sorry!

Title Yong Pal Spoiler
Why did they focus the drama on Yeo Jin? I wanted more Yong Pal and his house calls, ep1-6 were the best, they…
Those house calls were illegal, so if he had kept going the police would have had no choice but to take him in, like a criminal :/
And he didn't want to do those house calls from the start, he only did it for the money.

This drama is a roller coaster of emotions! I can honestly say that I was eagerly waiting for every episode, and the last one just summed it all up in a perfect way! Truly a great drama! Gonna miss it so much!!

This was a great drama, I enjoyed every episode and was eagerly waiting for the next one. I liked the characters, especially Tae Hyun who won my heart over in an instant! And the ending, in my opinion, wasn't so bad as everyone says. And the plot - wow! It was amazing!

6th episode in and I have to say the character Min Do Yeong is really intolerable, why is she so stupid? How was…
I thoughts so too: Min Do Yeong didn't see the knife and thought Han Ji Woo risked the girl's life and he's wrong for not clearing up the misunderstanding. And come on, Do Yeong just graduated, it's her first time in the field as a cop. I especially like how she idolizes Choi Yeong Jin. ^^

Absolutely one of the best dramas I've seen - highly recommended for those who have not (yet) seen it!! Love Kim Mi Yeong for being such an adorable, lovable, and strong, character. <3

Obsessed? Because he's living with an aggressive and abusive dad he doesn't know how to express his feelings of Love. Feeling insecure and not wanting to show it, he did the only thing that he knew would get her attention, by acting cruel. Not wanting to be seen as weak in front of the others. I wouldn't call that the right way, but he wasn't obsessed. He was in love and didn't know how to show it.
I’m not saying they started their relationship from cruelty, it started when she saw him change. When he wanted to be good and do the right thing - which he did. Because then she could see his true self, which she fell in love with. That's all.

Hong Sang Tae loved the daughter for years, and in the last episode he says that she's strong, just like her mom. He ADMIRES her so I don't think he would ever treat her like "dog doo doo" for the rest of her life :/ Plus, he swore that he would never be like his dad.

Didn’t know about this movie until today, and now I'm glad I do, because this was a very beautiful movie. And after watching it, I recognise the storyline in dramas such as Thank You (a mess up at the hospital causes a child to get AIDS) and My Love Eun Dong (when she first as a child and then as a woman, continues to disappear and he doesn't know why). Some stories, it seems, never get old.
